“As someone who goes here almost every day for the past year or so, It's the best starbies in the area (Plus one cozy walk around the store to go with it). They're quick, they make the coffee incredibly good and everyone here is super nice - they're family. I'd drive the extra mile(s) to go here rather than the starbucks closer to my home.“

“I get the same drink everywhere I go in order to compare coffee places... This Starbucks knocked it out of the park! Even amongst Starbucks, they don't all make my drink correctly - but being the first time I was here, they got it exactly how I wanted! The atmosphere was great. There is plenty of room to sit at a table with friends and visit.“
“Honestly, I left pretty upset. I ordered one large coffee and three small ones, and all four came with barely any coffee inside. How is it possible that not even the large one was filled properly? You pay for a specific size expecting to get what you paid for—not cups that are half empty.
It really feels like they’re charging full price but serving half the product. Very disappointing experience. Hopefully they get it together, because like this, it really makes you not want to come back.“
“It’s so much I could say about this particular Starbucks I love everything about it and they treat me like family. The only way I’ll go to another Starbucks is That I’m out of town. But overall, the Starbucks on Arkansas Lane in Grand Prairie they rock. The staff is phenomenal and I can give a shout out to every individual Megan, Bella, Mason, and Daniel. They know me by name. I absolutely love this Starbucks.“

“Young people were on top of their game! It was towards the end of the day and that was my 1st cup of coffee it was on point- they knew I would need 4 sugars instead of their normal 3 to make my Americano sweet.

“I ordered 4 customized drinks, the wait wasn’t that long we had a worker Wayne serve us, he was so nice, and even put plastic covers in our drinks. He’s very thoughtful and nice. Most Starbucks workers don’t have the attitude that he has but he greeted us, and was very polite. We really appreciate his time, work and effort to get these drinks out and ready for us.“

“I had an issue with my drink and went back inside. Liberty stepped in and completely turned my visit around — she was kind, professional, and made my drink absolutely delicious. You can tell she knows what she’s doing. Starbucks needs more employees like her!“
“This store has really turned around. The drinks are always incredible. The staff is OUTSTANDING...Especially Issac he is always making your day brighter! Kudos to this store for following a great business model.
