We had to ask for a couple specific pizzas to be brought to our table because they hadn't been offered while others were brought multiple times. 2. They don't inform you of their auto-gratuity policy when checking in for your reservation, nor upon giving you the bill. I would have expected better service when you're predetermining your own tip. 3. We also were asked to vacate our table for the next reservation while we were still actively spending money on after dinner drinks. These are all simple fixes on their end and I hope they can communicate better in the future.“

If all other items are just as good, I would have thought this is food from a fancy seafood restaurant by a pier or beach or something. I thought it was courteous of them to have the servers ask their customers what time they're boarding their flights so they can prioritize which meals to get out first. My server was Dylan and he was exceptional as well with the energy and attitude he's got going. Overall a good experience while having my layover in DFW!“

“I recently celebrated my birthday at The Reserve Mexican Restaurant in Euless in one of their private rooms, and the experience was outstanding. The staff and service went above and beyond to make it a truly special evening. They were incredibly accommodating and always available whenever we needed anything. We were also allowed to decorate the room with balloons, candles, and personal touches, which made the celebration feel even more meaningful. I would highly recommend The Reserve for a special occasion or even just to enjoy great food and a fun atmosphere. The energy of the restaurant is fantastic. José, the manager, made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.“

“Went there for the first time last night. It's a regular hangout spot for my boss and he took my husband and I for dinner and drinks. The atmosphere was real laid back. Almost like a lodge type feeling to it. Plenty of seating. TVs placed strategically to have a view where ever you sit. A banquet room for different occasions. There is a karaoke night and fun games played throughout the week where you could win some good money. The bartender was great. Very knowledgeable about the menu. We had a stuffed salmon with a garlic herb sauce that was to die for. Portion sizes were perfect. All cooked to order and hot upon arrival. A must try if you visit. I'm not sure about prices cuz my boss paid for everything but it was worth every penny. Looking for a chill place hang and meet some cool people, check out Ernie's in North Richland Hills. “Wonderful food my husband and I frequent this place however my last experience tonight, was bad the staff is rude and unprofessional. One team member in general was cussing the whole time we dined in bashing the place tell another customer he liked working here because it was never busy and he could do what he wanted. That was all after I asked for my sauce on side as to not make my biscuit soggy (which I know happens from experience) he said it won’t get soggy but whatever.“

Presentation was GORGEOUS. Not sure why folks are complaining about the 20% service charge, tipping 20% is pretty standard especially for fine dining. Everything was great, they even turned the thermostat down a bit for me when I mentioned it was a little warm which I so appreciated. We will definitely be back!“
