The establishment is always so clean and well ran, he had the best personality that any customer service and company restaurant would want! Definitely recommend I have been coming here for years since growing up in the area and always been satisfied with my service! “We tried it the first time ever at this location and enjoyed it very well. It is an owner run store and the owner was very nice to use to the point where we were offered free drinks. The sandwiches were soft and crunchy at the same time which makes a great texture combination for the mouth. We also got the Oreo milkshake and it was amazing smooth creamy textures as well as the perfect tone of sweetness. Service was excellent and quick. I would recommend these sandwiches to anyone and I would send them to this location seeing as the service is very nice.“

“I visited this location twice in the past 4 days. The service was excellent. The employees were friendly and efficient. I enjoyed a six inch #16 all-pro sweet onion teriyaki chicken sub with customizations as the main portion of my order. Both times, the sub was delicious. The oatmeal raisin and raspberry cheesecake cookies are good.“

the subs. The location (at least according to Maps and Waze) was totally inaccurate. The address was listed as being on Stemmons Hwy., but in actuality, it was on Round Grove, about a quarter of a mile from Stemmons.“

“Haven't been to a Which Wich since 2010. This one was just as good as my little child self can remember. My only complaint is that the order kiosks are a little cramped, but otherwise, I love it. That whole little store behind Eagle Landing is my new favorite place on campus.“

“Xavier was amazing! However, I'm extremely disappointed that he was working SOLO while the line was almost out the door and the online orders were beeping with receipts printing constantly. You need to staff your store properly. This is the exact reason why its so hard to find consistent and reliable employees, especially making less than $18 an hour to be able to barely afford anything these days. He could have quit and left. He could have been rude. He could have handled the situation so many different ways by simply closing the store and leaving. He didnt. He made everything correct. Changed his gloves every time. Used a clean knife. Followed all the standards and kept going. As I left, the line continued to increase and the online orders were printing on the floor because they kept coming. Not sure if today was a one off or what, but staff your store properly and forget the labor. Xavier was almost out of all the food on the line and bread. I wanted to get behind the counter and help but I know thats a food service violation. Every customer was understanding and apologizing for him being so busy, which was a pleasant change. “I am REALLY mad at myself for not leaving a review sooner!!! I have gone here for years every Thursday after Tae-Kwon-Do right down the street, and I have never, and I guarantee you I never will have a problem with it! As with any restaurant, you might get a wrong order every once a month, but that is just part of the restaurant experience and not Subway's fault! Even if they do get your order wrong, they are super apologetic and offer to make a new one free! The employees are super kind and nice! After coming for a long time, I always see a smile when I walk through those doors. The food itself is wonderful! Absolutely 11/10 it is so good! I think that the employees deserve a raise. I don't care what their payroll is, give them a raise either way! They've earned it! I can't tell you how great it is, you have to try it to know!“

“Ordered food pretty late for delivery and had issues with the app charging me, but the store not receiving it. Von and I did have a discussion to where I had to call a few times. I can admit that I was a little annoyed after around the second time calling back and forth through provided numbers, but after Von’s patient service he was able to patiently come to a sound conclusion.

“the employees working tonight genuinely showed me human kindness still exists. i was having probably one of the worst nights of my life and these employees showed me kindness beyond just doing their jobs. not only that but genuinely wanted to make sure i was okay, i don’t know either of their names but i thank the two gentlemen who treated me with so much kindness tonight.

“So the lady working was just awesome I was a little cold and when I mentioned it to her without hesitation she went and adjusted the temperature to make me comfortable even though I'm sure she was hot cause she was in the back working. My sandwich was amazing this was the first time eating at subway since they started slicing the meat. The bathrooms were clean along with the restaurants as a whole! Kristina absolutely made my day! She is a hard worker! She deserves a raise“
