“We recently did take out and were so pleased with the food and the quality!! My new favorite burger spot in town. Only thing is we had been wanting to try this for a while but every time we tried to order they were closed even though it said they were open.. So they don’t seem to update there times. The lady that greeted me inside was super nice so great customer service. Definitely give them a shot if you are wanting a good burger.“

“This cafe is exception! I found it a couple of weeks ago and I have been every week since. I can not get enough of the cuban sandwich and the empanadas are so good. I probably could eat a dozen. Get a cuban with mayo added and a few empanadas, the chicken are my favorite but the beef are really good too. A cafe con leche with an extra expresso shot to round it off and you will be sitting fat and sassy.“

“This is a shout out to AJ at the corporate office for taking care of me today. Our family has been eating at El Toro for many years. We love their food and service. Today I called about some confusion on points earned with their new rewards system. I just knew I was owed more points. I had a call back from AJ at the corporate office on a Saturday when he wasn't at work just to help me out. Turns out I misunderstood the points due to having earned a reward and the system not showing all the transactions. Not only was he extremely patient and kind and figured out what was going on, he still gave me extra points for my trouble. That is excellent customer service.“

“My name is Sylvia, I placed an order for pick up at about 1:30 give or take, the person that answered made sure to tell me that they close at 2, I am aware of that .. I'm only 2 minutes down the road, I'm waiting for my order about 8 minutes later I receive it... get back to work and open my meal and the onion rings I ordered were not cooked wel, my burger was also not fully cooked. . I can only assume they were in a hurry to leave at 2, and did a terrible job at making my burger and onion rings.... my co- worker as well, had the same issues with her meal. .. not good at all Ernies...“

“I am not sure which one this is because I visited 2 last week Baytown off Hwy 10 E and Alameda Genoba off Hwy 45 S. Their waitress on this day greeted me with a warm Good Morning and that made my Morning. My Breakfast was cooked with love and the price was reasonable.“

“I've now tried the food here a few times. I've gotten a pretty good variety of items and most of them have been great. The fried rice has huge pieces of onion and a lot of garlic so be prepared. The shrimp are a good size and always taste fresh. Portions are very good. Only item I didn't like was the gumbo, left a lot to be desired.“

“Found this place on Google maps and I do not regret it. The woman at the front desk was really nice and welcoming, our server was really chill and overall the service was great. When the food came I did not expect it to be as fresh as it was which gave me the impression that they care
about the quality of ingredients that they use. The Orange Chicken and the Pan Fried Dumplings especially were SUPER fresh and tender so I recommend those. It's a small place,and gets a bit crowded over the weekends but definitely a place I'll go back to again. Bonus points for it having good food so close to my area??“

“We were blessed to have meet Nick. As a first responder to disasters such as tornados, there is not a lot of time to eat. We were tarping all day into the night. We were tarping Nick's house due to damage and I ask him if he knew a place to heat close by. He sheared that Charburger was family business fo 50yrs. He was closed due to tornado damage bet by the time we were done tarping his house he went fired up grill and brought crew the best hamburger and fries I've had in a long time. Thank you for your kindness. We will definitely be eating there regularly.“

“This hidden gem in the heart of Pasadena has hands down some of the best Aguas frescos in the southeast side. They are so refreshing especially for these hot summer days. There's another place locally near a Walmart that I will not mention it's really over hyped to be honest, and they will also turn you away if you don't have cash.“

The crinkle cut fries were good, along with 3 homemade onion rings! The sweet tea is made in house. very good! Very tasty. I love independent family owned businesses. Keep up the good work!
