“On 02/09/2026, my wife and I dined at Signature in San Antonio, Texas. We were overwhelmed by the service and the menu. Our server Catherine guided us through all four courses. We were amazed by the freshness of all the ingredients and the presentation. The quail was exquisite. The beet salad was to die for, and the venison melted in your mouth. The fried oysters and crispy salmon were amazing. All the staff were very attentive, but I must give high praise to our server Catherine, who made our special evening even more special. You could literally hear the conversations around you. We had a family next to us with a family of 6 with 2 small children yelling and walking around the table bare footed. They have so many drinks to choose from, my favorite is their house special brown sugar milk tea with Oreo crumble and strawberry jelly! “I'm not exaggerating when I say this is my favorite place to eat in San Antonio. Located near the airport in a tucked away location, RO-HO Pork & Bread is a hidden gem. This is comfort food at it's finest. Ro-Ho has many great things on the menu, but they are best known for their Torta Ahogada, and it's what I get almost every time. The torta is always hot, the carnitas cooked to perfection, and the tomato salsa is to die for. You can get the torta with straight carnitas or you can mix it up with carnitas, pork stomach and skin, which is what I usually get. The torta also comes with cabbage, onion, radish and lime. No matter how you order it, it's going to be great! The place is super cool, with Mexican artwork and music. There is inside seating and an outside covered patio as well. Everything you can get to drink from the cold case is always ice cold. And they serve one of my favorite Mexican beers, Victoria. Chef Rojo is often around and greets customers. The ladies that work the register and food line are so friendly, and will answer questions if it's your first time. The place fills up quickly at lunch, so keep that in mind. I drive clear across town for my Torta Ahogada fix, if that says anything! Check this place out!“

“This is a wonderful Chinese restaurant serving all the classics and some nice new twists on Asian standards. The place is pleasant, accessible l, and had great service. My wife is super picky about egg drop soup and she loved it along with all Kung Pao chicken/shrimp, broccoli beef and chicken fried rice that made up our order. The portions are great - especially the yummy fried rice there was enough for at least 3 meals. I recommend China Inn!“

“My wife visited and had a wonderful experience. HOWEVER...an entitled bully came in an started name dropping. He and his guest were seated before a half a dozen parties that had been waiting. The greeter was standing her ground but ultimately gave in. The restaurant was short staffed and did a great job but guests shouldn't be made to feel less important.“
