“I always enjoyed Flying Biscuit when I lived in Atlanta. So I was super excited when I found out they were in the Houston market. And yesterday, my mom and I dropped in on our way home from the airport. Janet greeted and seated us. She brings so much good energy to the front door. Our server was sweet and the food was perfectly prepared. We both had scrambles that were both well sized and delicious - veggie and vegan. My mom added a side of bacon - which she commented was great. Of course the biscuits and grits are worth the visit on their own, but we added the fried green tomatoes too. I loved the topping combination...but they were good without as well (which my mom chose). I am just hoping that they consider opening a location further west on I-10...maybe near the Buc-ee's. Hint Hint.“
“This is one of my favorite breakfast places. The drinks are great, I love the butterfly lemonade and the flavored lattes (lavender and rose). The sausage egg and cheese sandwich is unparalleled, they use the sausage from their sister restaurant (kings beirhaus) and it on another level. The breakfast tacos (mamacita!) and avocado toast are also delicious.Really great desserts too. We have tried the strawberry pound cake, blueberry pound cake, chocolate croissant, banana pudding croissant and strawberry tres leches, all exceptional!“
“Had a great experience with our waitress Kathy. So attentive and knowledgeable and super nice. I still wish Toasted Yolk would add roasted potatoes (no cheese) or regular hash browns as an option during breakfast but I guess that’s just not in the cards. The sausage could have been warmer-it was on the cold side. But Kathy was the BEST!!!“
“I had such an amazing experience at the honey hole for my bachelorette brunch. The atmosphere was very enjoyable and our server Ken was just amazing. She helped us to pick out some of the best items on the menu. I ordered cat fish and grits and it was soooo good. I highly recommend paying a visit!“
“Overall experience was amazing. Being it was my first time here, I was given a Mason jar mug and some fresh homemade Donut holes- to die for! My server, Wendy, was such a delight and one of the best servers I have ever had. I highly recommend coming to eat here if you haven't already!“
“Absolutely love the food and atmosphere here. Quality of food is always top notch, fresh and good portion. Despite this place being packed most of the time, seating is always available within 15-20 minutes. I suggest using their waitlist in google for sure. Very easy and convenient to use.One complaint only, I think they’ve recently added automatic gratuity to the checks and they won’t let you know ahead of time. When you’re signing off on your payment, they ask for additional gratuity. It’s like they’re double dipping into your wallet. Don’t get me wrong I’ll be more than happy to pay 15-25% tip but let me decide if the server deserves this amount. Most servers are very attentive and take care of you pretty well, but you never know.I definitely recommend Harry’s to anyone who’s up for good food and drinks. ?“
“Fabulous place thats been everyone's favorites for years ?Their pastries are ?? as is their ever changing fusion menuTheir coffee is more authentic and closer in taste!Needed Southern fare with a healthy twist - shrimp n grits topped with greens & parmesan delivered hearty meals with a little less guilt.“
“Words can’t express how phenomenal the food and the service was! Our waitress Sophia was beyond amazing. She was so informational as far as the menu goes and sightseeing for my first time in Texas! I highly recommend this place to anybody visiting Texas for the first time and request Sophia. She was amazing and very festive for Saint Patties day!! ?“
“Went here for a brunch date. It's such a fun aesthetic and yummy food. We had French toast & chicken w/ waffle, delicious. I also got a rose tea latte, so pretty and tasty. We chose to eat on the patio & it was so pretty and made you feel like you were having tea in a garden. Definitely going to come back sometime for the high tea.Parking: At busy times best to park in the parking garage“
“Gotta post a review because my girls ATE drag brunch. We had friends come in town from the east coast and they said this was their favorite drag brunch they’ve ever been to! Can’t recommend enough. My girl who did Texas Hold ‘Em then the Daddy Lessons CMA performance, YES!!! Then my girl in the Emilio Pucci!!! With a whole section from RWT, LIVE!!! Dj was amazing vibes immaculate. Especially if you’re hive? ?“
“Loved this breakfast spot! Flavor was amazing on everything except the coffee lol I asked for a pump of vanilla and it tasted as if they dumped the whole bottle of syrup in my coffee. The waitress easily exchanged for another coffee just as sweet so I sent it back all together. The Berry Chantilly crepe was amazing! The chicken tenders were crispy but I was expecting just a little more flavor. The presentation of the food and restaurant is amazing! And a great sunflower concept. Staff was nice and knowledgeable. We went on a Wednesday morning so it wasn't too busy but I'm sure on the weekends it's crazy. But nice thing is that they open early. My four stars is for the parking, it's terrible especially if they're busy and can be inconvenient if you park in the front. I'm happy to go back though.“
