“i first want to say this is our absolute favorite restaurant and go to for friends and even business lunches. we love this place. but we thought it would be important to let them know that their Cobb Salad served with steak is not up to standards. i’ve ordered it twice thinking the first time was just a fluke. but the meat they use is soooo tough! i preferred it medium rare and i found myself chewing on a piece forever. to those that read your reviews, i only docked it one star because of the steak add-on. please use better cuts of meat! even i can tenderize a flank or strip steak better than that.“

“Stopped by on a Saturday morning around 8:30am…it was quiet, service was wonderful, and the food was delicious and came out quickly! I had the omelette, which was presented with beautiful flowers for garnish, and a side of fresh fruit. The dirty chai was the best I’ve had in the Kirby area. 10/10 recommend!“

“I went alone for breakfast on my birthday - never been to Rustika. Ordered the Migas & Mexican Chia hot drink - I had a most wonderful time, as the server Ally, cut a piece of cake with a candle on it as a surprise. Very nice, kind person!! Then a customer walked in for his first time, and sat and had breakfast with me! What a wonderful atmosphere, and fun! Thank you Ally for making my birthday special!!! Food Delicious!!! mpg“

“The atmosphere of the place was lovely! I was welcomed in like an old time visitor. I ordered a matcha, no syrups, and while it started off a little bland it tasted good at the start. Near the end it ended up tasting more like a milky mate. Which I love a mate, but when you order a matcha it’s not what I was wanting.
Right before I left, I did order a lemon brownie which was delicious! If I’m in the area again, I will definitely be getting the lemon dessert again.“
