“There is a right time and a wrong time to visit. I very much enjoy Chipotle and visit this location at least once a week. I have noticed that during lunch hours and dinner hours the staff is slightly on edge and are just trying to rush you through the line. During non-peak hours however, the staff is friendly with smiles and they take their time with making your food. Would also like to mention that this is the best Chipotle location I've been to. “Fantastic, I've said in many reviews 4 stars is my absolute, Noone is 5 stars because there is always room to improve. I came in on my lunch break there atleast 15 people in front of me. Man they were so quick, they knew what was going on and flowed liked they have done it before. And the food didn't suffer because of how busy it was. I got that new dish with the sauce lol I can't remember what it was called but it was up there on the menu and I said I want that. Good place absolutely loved it.“

“i've come here several times in the past few months because i have a family in the hospital nearby. i notice that their portions compared to other chipotles I've been too is smaller. less meat less veggies so you have to keep asking for more lettuce or cheese or corn“

1/17/25: Quaint little spot, almost unnoticed & hidden on Hwy 6 S & Bissonett near Mission Bend area next to Starbucks. Yep it's the S.B. that directs your eyes and you'll be so glad you patronized. Food: was delicious, simple fountain drinks (I had some pomegranate strawberry aqua or something...was a delight & refreshing) absolutely 5 Stars (Fresh & Filling); kinda pricey though so choose something you'll enjoy. Wasn't a fan of the chips... :/Service: kinda laid back tho our server was on her business and EXACTLY why service received a 5 Star. Atmosphere: was clean, chilly and cozy (cute NOT warm)! Perfect for a date. Lunch break. Gift/Treat for someone. 2nd visit EVER (different location) and both times were on point. Come check Hwy 6 & Bissonett location out; we'll definitely be back!!!!“

“Had the Steak Burrito with Guacamole, Sour Cream, Black Beans, Brown Rice, Cheddar Cheese and Pica De Gallo and a drink. Simple but delicious. Lottsa meat, actually they loaded me up on everything really. Only thing is I think from now on, I'll take it home and grill it on all sides with some butter. Otherwise, it was just the taste I was looking for!“

“This was my first time visiting this chipotle. I came at night on my lunch break around 9 PM and let me tell you the manager Q was outstanding. A lady forgot her vinaigrette and he grabbed it and ran outside to hand it to her! You just don’t see good Customer Service like that anymore he greeted me. Everything was great. I will definitely come back to this chipotle! They actually give you the right portion sizes at this location! The energy was good. I felt welcomed it was absolutely outstanding! The food is always hot & the freshness unbelievable, the management never hesitates to allow the sampling of new items or accommodate on allergy issues . The staff are so jovial and never a frown on the serving line , that is essentially what keeps me returning several times a month .“

“Been going here for ages and still enjoy the place. Many folks state some chipotle establishments skimp on the food, but at this location I’ve always been satisfied with the portions. I will say that the staff is always polite. “I made my first visit to Houston in June 2019, and during my first weekend there, I embarked on a city tour. I took the light rail to this Mexican restaurant, which offered wholesome salads and beverages that helped me restore my energy to continue with my afternoon itinerary.“

“7 minutes from my residence, fast, attentive workers, and not like the one near my job downtown. The worker was not stingy and my bowl was very neat. This staff needs to keep up the great work here and hopefully train the other stores. I will return“

“First time to eat here, my friend recommended me try this bowl. My wife and me all like this. Chose rice first and then the bean, you also can choose tofu, next the top. Healthy food for me. Tastes great. What’s more, you don’t need to pay the tips. Very friendly.“

“This Chipotle Mexican cafe in the Westchase area has become one of my absolute favorite go-to spots every time I’m nearby. The service is consistently fast, and no matter how fully loaded I make my burrito — and trust me, I stuff it to the max — they always manage to wrap it perfectly. The portion easily qualifies as a jumbo order, yet the steak burrito is still only around $11–12, making it one of the best values you can get.

Sometimes I’ll switch to a salad, but most of the time I get the regular rice bowl or burrito, and it never disappoints. The beans always taste fresh, the textures are on point, and even without adding guacamole, everything is already flavorful. They also offer a wide variety of sodas, which makes pairing your meal more fun.

On normal days, I’m in and out within 10 minutes. The team is attentive, efficient, and keeps the line moving smoothly. One of my friends’ trainers even recommends Chipotle burritos as a healthier option when clients want something outside their strict diet — as long as you don’t overload the sauces. That says a lot about Chipotle’s ingredients and consistency.

Overall, I love the persistent quality of the food, the speed, and the great service. Highly recommended.“

“I live 0.2 miles from a Chipotle, 1 minute drive.

But my wife always insists on driving 20-25 minutes to this Chipotle that is on Sage and Richmond.

I must say not all Chipotle’s are the same.

This one is definitely our favorite.

Build it the same way, but this one always tastes better.“

“Read the reviews before going in and honestly they scared me. The experience was nothing like the reviews however. Portions were great, no scrawny cuts of meat, nice and quick service from the employees. The only flaw was that I haven’t eaten chipotle in years and the red sauce was notably 10x spicier.“

“I stopped for a late lunch and saw they have plant based protein. I ordered a bowl with different toppings, including white rice, black beans, and sour cream. I wish they had milder salsas. I topped the bowl with chopped tomatoes. I was impressed with the taste and texture of sofritas. Some tables needed cleaning. The aguas frescas looked delicious, and I regret not having bought one. The mandarin one peaked my interest. I shall return to try it.“

“Food is good here but the staff is not friendly orfast. They tend to ignore you as long as possible and then act like you are inconveniencing them. But had one interaction with the manager which was good, I think they are trying and doing their best with what they have.“

I work near a different Chipotle but drives a bit further to come to this one because poor experience at the other location. “Very reasonable portions unlike the one in Springwood Village by City Center. The parking can be difficult because of sharing with HEB. The staff are polite and friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and the portion is not anemic like many other locations. Been coming here since there fort open and they are still excellent pre and post Covid.“

“The atmosphere and service were great. However, the employees were yelling and being very loud amongst one another. I suffer from PTSD & Anxiety so loud noises are a trigger for me. “I ordered a high protein bowl online my coworker picked up my order. I opened the bowl and there was no chicken just rice and veggies in the bowl. I made several attempts to resolves the problem through the app and by phone to no avail. when I arrived at the my problem was swiftly taken care of.“

For this particular Chipotle I would say it's on the side of more affordable eating places in the area. I like the burrito bowls so that and an order of chips and a drink came to $19.38.“

“The one consultant thing about this place is you won’t leave hungry. I’m always a fan of pick your own ingredients, so I like the style of this chain. I usually get the burrito. The fajita chicken is good with the corn salsa and cheese added. They wrap the burrito tight so you can eat as part burrito then make it a burrito bowl towards the end if you start to get too full. The chips and salsa are good as well. They have lots of options including a salad bowl, smaller tacos and the burrito as mentioned. Food is always fresh and service is good. This particular location is inside the Memorial City Mall food court. $14.78 for 1 to dine.“

“Well-run Chipotle. Only bad part about this one is the parking situation. Incredibly busy parking lot. But that just means they're doing well. I order from the mobile app and they always have my food ready on time. And they have a nice patio area to eat when the weather is nice.“

“This Chipotle location is brand new, and though the staff is fairly young, they get the job done well! Most of the reviews I’ve seen focus on drive-through or to-go orders, but my experience dining in was excellent. When you’re inside, you get to build your own meal, and it looks like they follow the company’s serving measurements closely.

“Our Favorite Chipotle Branch of All!

Especially today we were served by Mel, Abner, and Cedra, they are a great team. Big smiles and great service! My daughter is having dinner today and I am packing my favorite for tomorrow lunch at work. Mel and Abner were so considerate and wanted to make sure my burrito bowl would not get soggy so they helped separate my lettuce and sauce from off the bowl. Little act of kindness to make sure my Chipotle bowl is fresh tomorrow, thank YOU!
