“Everyone was so kind even while working in the 100⁰ Texas summer heat with no AC inside. Please compensate your employees for working in this hazardous work condition! It's way too hot for all of them to be packed in there like sardines with all the grills and ovens going during midday rush hour in NO AIR CONDITIONING! They really did amazing considering the circumstances. They deserve double pay for this.“

“Food is great, and 99% of the staff is amazing and the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. I’ve been coming here for years and always had a wonderful experience for the most part. I went in today however, and as someone who works in the customer service industry, the way she spoke to me felt a little unnecessarily rude and hasty snapping at me to get my order out faster, while multitasking on other people and forgetting what I asked for. Totally cool if it’s busy and you’re stressed, but the bare minimum I expect is to be spoken to respectfully, and I could care less about everything else. Just focus on one order at a time if you can’t actually keep up, let alone just slop it all into the bowl with half of it flying out the edge. If the job isn’t worth your effort don’t work there, otherwise represent yourself with some pride, it looks a lot better when u can be kind and make orders correctly, rather than getting irritated at customers for being confused by your disorganization and being blatantly condescending and unprofessional.“

“Been going here for ages and still enjoy the place. Many folks state some chipotle establishments skimp on the food, but at this location I’ve always been satisfied with the portions. I will say that the staff is always polite. The youngsters are very attentive and friendly and I hope they don’t stress out too much as I’ve seen very busy lines, but the staff manages to keep everyone in high spirits. Yet Paulina was very patient to wait on me to communicate with my friend to make sure the order was perfect. “This Chipotle Mexican cafe in the Westchase area has become one of my absolute favorite go-to spots every time I’m nearby. The service is consistently fast, and no matter how fully loaded I make my burrito — and trust me, I stuff it to the max — they always manage to wrap it perfectly. The portion easily qualifies as a jumbo order, yet the steak burrito is still only around $11–12, making it one of the best values you can get.

Sometimes I’ll switch to a salad, but most of the time I get the regular rice bowl or burrito, and it never disappoints. The beans always taste fresh, the textures are on point, and even without adding guacamole, everything is already flavorful. They also offer a wide variety of sodas, which makes pairing your meal more fun.

On normal days, I’m in and out within 10 minutes. The team is attentive, efficient, and keeps the line moving smoothly. One of my friends’ trainers even recommends Chipotle burritos as a healthier option when clients want something outside their strict diet — as long as you don’t overload the sauces. That says a lot about Chipotle’s ingredients and consistency.

Overall, I love the persistent quality of the food, the speed, and the great service. Highly recommended.“

“Very good portions and delicious food! The girl that made our food was really pretty and nice, I believe her name was Kimberly. Unfortunately she did not take my $20 tip I tried giving her since she was the only one working in the front ;( I’m guessing it’s a rule they follow. I Will definitely recommend and will come back. I was sacred to try this chipotle due to their reviews but it was completely different from what reviews say. It’s a very good chipotle and reasonable price. “You already know that Chipotle Mexican Grill is one of my favorite fast-food spots, but this location in The Heights really stands out. It’s very well located, close to Highway 610, the staff is always friendly, and they usually have all the ingredients available, which doesn’t always happen at every Chipotle. The place stays clean and the service is usually fast, so I definitely recommend it.

The only downside is that parking is pretty limited, and the spots are better suited for compact cars, so it can be a little uncomfortable if you drive a truck or a larger vehicle. They could also improve the outdoor seating area to make it more comfortable and enjoyable, especially considering how great the location is.“

“I got the vegetarian protein bowl. It was well seasoned and good. The CEO of Chipotle made a public announcement that if you want more food in your bowl you can get it for free. Just to ask. This isn’t true. They charge extra for added extra protein, any guacamole and any sauce. Besides that the food was good. And the lemonade drinks they have are really good tasting and cold. No ice needed.“

“First time at this location I was always afraid because of the bad reviews although it is less than 5 minutes from my home lol I went in two weeks ago and I ordered the barbacoa tacos and the food was hot and fresh. The staff was a little all over the place and didn’t greet but it didn’t take too long. I did have to ask for more meat because the girl making it put very little in the last taco, I notices it was mostly beans and rice. They added with no problem. She added it with no problem. So I would return to this location.“

“Very reasonable portions unlike the one in Springwood Village by City Center. The parking can be difficult because of sharing with HEB. The staff are polite and friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and the portion is not anemic like many other locations. Been coming here since there fort open and they are still excellent pre and post Covid.“

“We love this location. Everyone on this team is so amazing sad super friendly. Most importantly, they are extremely patient. Being in the fast food industry, I know it can hard and sometimes difficult. Carolyn or Caroline, I hope I spelled her name right either of those times, she is so sweet and caring. She always waits on us in the afternoon, evening. Her customer service is beyond expectations and she is quick so she can make sure she gets us our food while it’s still hot. She definitely needs some extra praise for this location.“

“The one consultant thing about this place is you won’t leave hungry. I’m always a fan of pick your own ingredients, so I like the style of this chain. I usually get the burrito. The fajita chicken is good with the corn salsa and cheese added. They wrap the burrito tight so you can eat as part burrito then make it a burrito bowl towards the end if you start to get too full. The chips and salsa are good as well. They have lots of options including a salad bowl, smaller tacos and the burrito as mentioned. Food is always fresh and service is good. This particular location is inside the Memorial City Mall food court. $14.78 for 1 to dine.“

“I go here multiple times a week. The service has always just been normal, nothing special, but recently ive seen two new young black guys. Man, their service is phenomenal. Greet you when you come in, acknowledge you and let you know about your order. One guy from the kitchen is doing this. It’s rare to see such on point perfect service these days anywhere. “Sunday lunch: I got the Chicken al Pastor. It was very good, and a drink brought it to over $15. A little pricey, but no complaints about the food or drink. They have four containers of different fruit drinks, and the two tried were very good. It wasn't busy, and the service was fast, but the servers seemed impatient when I was desiding what I wanted on mine. It looked to me like management trained to be fast. I would say, when a customer smiles and is happy to be there, to smile back and show that you're happy to be there too.“

“Good food when you need a quick bite! And the portion of a bowl is great, and I think the price is pretty reasonable, especially if the portions pretty much can be 2 meals! You can create your own bowls the way you want them. I recommend the chicken and steak and adding everything! I just wish customers would be a little cleaner, cause sometimes when it gets busy it's starts to look a little run down! Other than that the food is great!
