“1/12/2025-This is a awesome vibe here. The ambiance is a nice bistro with some crazy art to keep you entertained but the music and lighting sets the mood. I would come back here again and again. I visited here without a reservation and was greeted when I first came in. The staff was nice friendly and attentive. Emma was awesome and recommended some dishes. The burger, half chicken, rice, and sesame butter cookie were awesome and the drinks. I had the voodoo drink. I highly recommended and you won't be disappointed.“

“The food and service were exceptional. For appetizers we had the Everyway Oysters and the Tarte Flambee. The entrees were the Hanger Steak, Filet Mignon, and the Dry Aged Burger. All were perfect! Best burger ever according to my friend! Wrapped it up with the Tarte! Erick the Maitre d’ was superb! He made it his mission to make sure we were taken care of! Overall the experience was excellent and we will definitely be back and recommend Bludorn!!“

“My husband and I are in Houston for his cancer treatment at MD Anderson. Needless to say, not a trip for fun, but it’s his birthday today, and we wanted to get out of the hotel at the hospital and celebrate just a little. Because he has stage 4 stomach cancer, his dietary needs are limiting, so eating out can be difficult. I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. This being our first trip to Houston, we know little about the area, and our cab driver helped us decide on Navy Blue. Well, can I just tell you, they were soooooo accommodating of our needs!!! The chef went out of his way to prepare some special items for us, so my husband could eat. Though his portion size is limited, he thoroughly enjoyed his food, as did I. I ordered a small appetizer of baked in butter Prince Edward Island oysters, simply prepared, and oh so delicious. My husband loves oysters, but they haven’t loved him since he’s been sick. He even had one, and enjoyed it. My husband also loved the cheddar biscuits, and seaweed butter, I couldn’t believe he was able to eat the whole biscuit. They have a simply prepared section in their menu, and you can order your seafood pan seared in olive oil with simple seasonings. This was great for his situation, and he had beautiful pink juicy gulf shrimp. I had the Dover sole, and it was perfectly prepared and boned tableside. Gorgeous presentation, and the fish was absolutely delicious. I ordered the sautéed spinach, and he the creamed potatoes. We shared those, and both were delicious. All the staff were well trained in service and they were super attentive. Our server was magnificent. Thank you Navy Blue for showing us a lovely night out, in an otherwise difficult time. We highly recommend your restaurant to anyone in the Houston area looking for fabulous food, fabulous service, and exquisite attention to detail. This place is wonderful!!!“

“It's safe to say that this restaurant is a new favorite for me! The service, the food & drinks, and the atmosphere were stellar! I was pleasantly greeted by Dante who was so kind, personable, and very accommodating. I sat at the bar for dinner and had the privilege of being served by the very talented bartender, Phong. He was so funny and couldn't make a drink wrong if he tried! He's a true craftsman when it comes to making drinks, and he does it so effortlessly! The food was AMAZING as well! Dante recommended the kimchi carbonara and he did not steer me wrong! I damn near wanted to lick the plate! LOL!! My only regret is that I hadn't tried this restaurant sooner. I'll most certainly be coming back!“

“We had an amazing experience at Balboa! Starting with the complimentary valet, which was quick and friendly service. The entry to the restaurant was super nice and a great photo opportunity spot. Kyrah took excellent care of us during our visit, and we loved the team style service. It felt like we had a team serving us, and they are so quick and quiet that you can continue to hold conversations and visit but someone is always near if you need anything. Kyrah took special care to "refresh" our cocktail glasses when we finished about half of our drinks, and made excellent recommendations. The food was absolutely amazing. Our table tried the fried shrimp, oysters, spicy ahi tuna roll, crab cake, Post Oak ribeye with pureed potatoes, salmon with the most delicious and unique salad, and heirloom tomatoes. The cocktails were delicious, including the Gold Rush, Rum Dum, and el Guero. The restaurant vibe is romantic but fun and sophisticated and has an open kitchen concept where you can see the food being made if you care to watch. I will most definitely be back and can confidently recommend this place to anyone!“

The food was excellent pizzas came out hot and perfectly baked, and the burgers looked delicious with generous portions. Drinks flowed throughout the dinner, served in a variety of elegant glasses. One feature I really appreciated was the versatility Fielding’s offers not just indoor dining, but also takeaway and delivery if you prefer to eat elsewhere. “i first want to say this is our absolute favorite restaurant and go to for friends and even business lunches. we love this place. but we thought it would be important to let them know that their Cobb Salad served with steak is not up to standards. i’ve ordered it twice thinking the first time was just a fluke. but the meat they use is soooo tough! i preferred it medium rare and i found myself chewing on a piece forever. to those that read your reviews, i only docked it one star because of the steak add-on. please use better cuts of meat! even i can tenderize a flank or strip steak better than that.“

“Yesterday was our first meal at Bellagreen, and it was excellent. First, the menu is vegan friendly, so we ordered their veggie burgers with sweet potato fries. Very fresh and flavorful! We love the counter service and pretty quick turnaround considering it was just at the tail-end of the lunch rush on a Thursday in a bustling part of Houston (CityCentre). I went for a late lunch on a Friday, sat at the bar and was not disappointed. Had an amazing crudo dish that was flavorful with a crunch on top that rounded out the dish. I also ordered the fried roots and sauted greens which both were not over complicated on the seasoning. When it came to service, Tyreek provided some amazing cocktails and provided great insight on the menu. I had the chance to meet the General Manager, Danny who was personable and completed the experience. I will absolutely go back for the full dinner experience.“

Parking, however is no longer free in the garage. The sign was quite inconspicuous (on the floor by the exit??) which led to people getting tickets from “Parking & Transportation Compliance Inc.” from Florida. I believe they have added pay to park signs on the pillars inside the garage now, so be sure to scan them or you’ll get a $45-$85 fine.“
