“Ordered two 6" sandwiches that were made perfectly by Brian. He is always super friendly and very helpful. Greeted us nicely, prepared sandwiches just as ordered, very polite and gracious. “Love the subs, Far superior to Subway and you’ll notice a difference in taste and actual weight of the sandwich! Ordered via the Jersey Mike’s app for delivery, usually within 30 minutes. As for the delivery itself, perfect! They use a 3rd party delivery service, which was DoorDash and never a problem with the delivery. When the store opened, had a few issues with the orders, but the Mgr Katelyn corrected the issue and made it right. No issues since. Also, be sure to take advantage of their loyalty program.“

Its been a long day.. so me, my mom and my daughter stopped in to get dinner for 5 of us because we're just too worn to cook tonight. James and Nicc were working today and we're the best employees we could ask for. They really turn this place upside down. “Our first time at Potbelly’s and it was a terrific experience!! The sandwiches (a Wreck) were absolutely fantastic! Plenty of meat and toppings on a beautifully toasted hoagie roll. I can’t imagine what the “BIG” sandwich is because their regular is a meal in itself! Excellent ice tea too! We will be back, often!“

“I don't often eat out, but when I do it's always at this Subway thanks to the pleasant experience. They have a new employee ( I believe her name was Riley, if I'm wrong then please forgive me, I'm always horrible with names ) that is always so sweet and greets me with a friendly voice, and what I assume is a smile underneath the mask. ( I love that this Subway in particular has every employee wearing a mask, I've seen multiple food places where employees don't wear masks and that is so dangerous! ) I can tell she's really shy and gets a little nervous though, but that's okay. I remember when I was working and got nervous too. The other older lady is also very nice and pleasant to talk to, even with her heavy accent and my difficulty to understand her at times.The food is always prepared with patience, and even when it's really busy everyone does their best to get to the customers as quickly as possible. I will definitely return to this place more often!“
