“The drive thru was unorganized. This is not how Chick-fil-A normally handles their drive-thru. It was a little disappointing it took longer than normal. They're still better than most of them even when they're unorganized. My order taker was wonderful. She was friendly welcoming efficient and accurate.“

I handled the situation but not without the amazing support compassion and care from The Employees at Chick fil a.
