“I’ve been a loyal customer for years, so I can’t see myself leaving a bad review. So I give 4 stars, I’m currently enjoying my food inside the restaurant and I see out of the corner of my eye a roach crawl through the floor. 🤢 not very pleasant vibes but the workers took care of it.“
“I went to Chick Fil A to try the holiday drinks. I order myself a Grilled Chicken with a Peppermint Milkshake. The food was great. It came out in good timing. Unfortunately, they didn’t brought out my drink yet. They took so long to bring it to my table. I went up to the staff to ask for my drink and they said they will bring out shortly. 5 minutes later, one of the employees told me that someone was supposed to make my drink but they didn’t make it. So I said it was fine and thought she was going to my drink. Though she didn’t. I waited for 10 minutes for my drink and then had to go ask the manager if they made my drink. He gave it right away, which I think drinks shouldn’t take that long to be made. But everything else was great and the food was delicious.“
