“This place is the best value for an AYCE sushi lunch, including fountain drink it’s only $23.95! I wouldn’t say it’s the highest quality sushi in the area but for what I paid I am more than satisfied. I left absolutely stuffed. I suggest trying the spicy edamame, they come slathered in a garlicky spicy seasoned oil that is reminiscent of a viet-style crawfish boil seasoning - very flavorful, delicious! Wonderful service with a smile, servers actually understand and speak English fluently. I don’t think we ever went longer than 5 minutes without a check-back from our server and we were there during lunch rush. The food also didn’t take forever to hit our table like it did at another AYCE sushi place we’ve tried. I had such a great experience here!“

“We dropped in for lunch on a whim. This place is just as amazing as always. We ordered an appetizer of spicy edamame that came out really quickly but was very tasty. Our mains (Sushi rolls and Dan Dan noodles) were excellent as always. This has become our go to place for ramen and Sushi. We were taken care of by Reese. She was very attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend 👌“

“Ordered the All-You-Can-Eat dinner special. Comes with a huge variety of options from apps, sashimi, sushi (fresh & fried), fried rice / noodle dishes, and ice creams to choose from. Tried a little bit of everything and wasn’t disappointed. The sashimi was noticeably fresh and tasty! Highly recommend!“

“They are very polite family workers that give customers a very unique experience in the performance as well as taste. I have been there a few times. And I have always felt welcomed. And they've been patient with me when I was a little undecided on what to order. I would recommend giving this place a try.“

“I've been here twice now. The service is great, selection is great, and ingredients are fresh. It's a smaller place but typically plenty of seating from what I've seen. I do wish they had seating at the sushi bar but not a deal breaker for me. The food and service has been great both times I've been.“

“I’ve been trying out Kuhblai Khan lately as I had never had it before and always passed it driving in and out of Austin. I gotta say this place is a hidden gem and is very under rated! The staff are very nice, and they took great care of me when I brought up a concern about my noodles being wrong. They fixed my order by making me the udon noodles I had originally wanted, not to mention I got an extra order of calamari! The food was delicious and the portion size was great for the price I paid. After my experience tonight this has made Khublai Khan my go to Mongolian Grill! Highly recommend!“

“Our cook, Yoshi was amazing and he kept his entertained the entire time. He even had the best Shakira moves! He interacted with us as a group and individually, and definitely made our Mother’s Day one for the books. We will definitely be returning and hope to get him again in the future.“
