“Small town, diner style eats. Service was great; we were treated like locals. Atmosphere was quaint and comfy, with local history all over the walls. Seating was tight, but friendly. They were full on a Sunday morning, but we never felt neglected, with service and kitchen keeping pace.Adults had omelets (no cheese) and pancakes with hash browns. Omelet was cooked well, filled with just the right amount of veggies and ham. Browns were crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Pancakes were good. Not the best I've had, but definitely in the good category. The added biscuit was saved for later. We were so full!Kids had French toast with eggs on the side. 4 triangles of Texas toast, dusted with copious amounts of powdered sugar kept them happy and satisfied. I have to admit, they were pretty tasty, even with the sugar blast. We will make this our Sunday breakfast routine when visiting Ingram for sure!Vegetarian options: You can go meat free with a number of dishes.Dietary restrictions: Meat free yes. Dairy free? Difficult. Other allergies, very hard to avoid. This is a diner spot. Not a lot of substitutions available.Parking: Lot fills quickly. Need to park and walk.Kid-friendliness: Tons of kiddo favsWheelchair accessibility: Yes. Tight, but yes.“
“So glad we found Bisto 1011. The food and service both were excellent. The value was great. We could have a conversation. The view was spectacular. I wish we had found it sooner. We live 4 hours away but will be back the next time we're in Kerrville. Make a reservation and go!“
“Local restaurants are the best! We asked for a dining recomendation at Gibson's Store. I had tamales, eggs and refried beans. My sister had a brisket sandwich, and her husband had a brisket tamale. The food was like a home cooked meal. The service was great too.“
“an old train station, but we ate outside in the large patio. The weather was perfect, but they have several heaters to extend the time that you can enjoy the outdoors. The menu is robust and the wine and beer is adequate. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area.“
“We decided we were going to eat local while in town. We popped into this place for breakfast. We were immediately welcomed. You could tell this place was the place where all the locals went as you saw a bunch of regulars shuffle in. I did not want to over do it, so I ordered one blueberry pancake and some sausage. The blueberries were large and bursting with flavor. They did have sugar free syrup as I do not like to eat that much sugar for breakfast. The sausage was small patties, but had a good flavor. I really enjoyed this little spot. The food and service were top notch.“
“Awesome place! Food is excellent with a great menu. Desserts….OMG. We were having dinner and the owner even came over to check on us. The staff is super happy. Felt like I was in a Buc-ee’s because the place is fun with great vibes. Lots of cool stuff around the restaurant also. There is like a park with chickens and other things behind. Just really loved this place.“
“The staff was very helpful with my food sensitivities that I have and did everything they could to help me find something on the menu that I could enjoy. The rest of the party that I went with enjoyed their meals as well. It is a great place to enjoy conversation with friends. Unfortunately I was not able to try any of their drinks due to my allergies, but I did have one of the sodas there live root beer was delicious unfortunately I was not able to try any of their wines due to my allergies, but I did have one of the sodas the live root beer was delicious.“
“Absolutely awesome! Staff are wonderful, helpful and enthusiastic with customers. The elk Burger is absolutely delicious and I love that it's a vegan based Mayo as my allergies mean it's not often I go somewhere and can just eat what they serve as is. LOL the kale salad with the veggies and pine nuts with so flavorful and very fresh ! definitely will be back“
“Try the Salisbury steak. It is incredible! Desserts delicious but too pricey. Extremely clean place with good atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: Fair accessibility. Women's bathroom is not wheelchair friendly, but the men's is.“
“This restaurant is top notch! 5 stars across the board. The staff is friendly and the food was amazing. The salad was fresh and green with a creamy dressing. When love is put into making a salad you know the food is going to be delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.“
“I’ve visited The Lakehouse on two separate occasions and they were both great! We were there last night and our whole family loved the food but especially the service. We had Sebastian as our server and he was great! Even our kids commented on awesome he was!“
“The Christmas lights are awesome and very festive inside and outdoors. The food and service is always great. Last night was very busy and our food came timely with great service. Our only let down was the jazz musician did not play one Christmas song. Seems to me this would be on his playlist since is the weekend before Christmas. Oh well“
“Went just prior to sunset and enjoyed the views as the sun went down. The food was great! The menu offers a variety of options. The staff was friendly, courteous, and polite. Be sure to call for a reservation as seating is a little limited.“
“Stopped in because they had a patio and o had my little chihuahua with me. The server was so attentive and sweet to my little dog! She was one of the best servers that I have ever had! She checked on us consistently and made sure that we didn't feel forgotten. The food was worth it. I recommend that you stop and get the pozole and the orange flan. Going to make sure this is a for sure stop when I come back.“
“Excellent. Great, delicious ribs and brisket. Especially the ribs. Ordered that along with the potato salad and coleslaw for my family and were were fully satisfied. We drove cross-state for the solar eclipse, and will eat here if ever in town again. Service was also excellent. Greeted and served very nicely. This place should be full every day. Oh and free ice cream with the meals?! Who can beat that?- Especially with kids.“
“This place should be considered fine dining. The food is amazing and the staff is very friendly. They have specials and they do run out of said specials. So if you are unlucky to not get something you wanted try something else as everything in the menu is delicious.“
