“one of the better Chipotles in Irving. portion sizes are more hit than miss and food is pretty flavorful and seasoned too. pro tip, point your phone camera up to make it look like you’re recording when they’re serving your food, that way they’re in a sense obligated to give you what you pay for ensuring maximum scoopage. sorry if it seems like extortion. sticky tables. 7/10 experience, win in my book.“
“For this location to have not one good review and not any stars past two is insane chipotle should’ve already been on it and I’m so happy that they’re elevating this store with a new management because the reviews are not a location I would want anyone to eat at ! But food and everything is amazing the old manger argued and yells at their employees . That’s DRAINING NOT HEALTH for mental
Update : I was told they got a new management team excited about that because they have some really good dedicated and motivated employees
Sending my condolence on the new manager, having to build this place up from the bottom
But I would like to also Marquis and another young man for working in a horrible draining environment and still able to put smiles and bless people day
I hope his hard work don’t go unnoticed. I promise, young man it will pay off soon. As a large worldwide company, you, sir, will take that attitude and be something huge .“
“Maria and the staff was very nice. When I walked in the food like was clean, which is the top thing I look out for. From the time I walked in and to check out everyone had a smile on their face. I'm enjoying my chips by the way. Thanks“
“4/5 – Consistently Good, but Not Perfect
Chipotle is a solid go-to when you’re craving something quick, fresh, and filling. The build-your-own setup is convenient, and you can customize everything to your taste—from proteins to toppings and sauces. The ingredients usually taste fresh, and the portions are generous, especially if you’re getting a burrito bowl.
Some standouts are the barbacoa, chicken al pastor (when available), and the guacamole—though the extra charge for guac still stings a little. The rice and beans are usually well-cooked, and the salsas add a nice kick of flavor.
That said, quality can vary depending on the location. Sometimes the food can be underseasoned or not as hot as it should be, and the line can get pretty long during peak hours. Online orders are hit or miss—occasionally missing items or having portion sizes that feel smaller than in-person orders.
Overall, Chipotle does a great job delivering relatively healthy fast food with bold flavors and lots of variety. It’s not gourmet, but it’s a step above typical fast food, and when it’s on point, it really hits the spot.“
