“I'm not sure anyone will be ready for the love I'm about to unload about Cambrian in this review.. so brace yourself and try to stay with me. If you can't make it through the full review definitely scroll down and at least read the part about the sandwich cookies! For your own benefit. ;) I try to wait and visit a place at least a few times before writing a review to be sure that the experience I had is consistent. I can now proclaim that I am like a Cambrian *regular* to put it lightly so what I'm going to include here is the ultimate truth. --The people here rock. ROCK! I know that when looking for a coffee shop its not always about the people but sometimes about the.. coffee? But, if you can get killer coffee served to you via ultra friendly humans.. it really takes it to the next level. My favorite coffee item for the summer is the Cambrian Iced Latte with Oatmilk (flavor is like honey and cinnamon). In winter I get the same thing but hot, or the vanilla syrup. They have way more hard core stuff and slow pours and all that but this is just me. --People go crazy for their sausage rolls. I can't really comment on these personally because I'm not really into meat but my husband, brother and basically everyone I've ever gotten one for (and apparently everyone on the internet) absolutely love them. --I CAN personally attest to the deliciousness of the samosas. So, so bomb. Flaky and well seasoned. The perfect savory baked good! --They have these cool little blue coins to "coffee forward". You buy them and give them to someone so they can come in for a free coffee item. People at the post office totally know about them now and I love to give them out around town! You can even buy them to have them apply to people who come in throughout the day! --There's other stuff like coffee roaster rotations, homemade vanilla syrup, delicious breakfast loaves, clean bathrooms and cool art. They also know how to properly serve tea! --THE SANDWICH COOKIES. I'm trying to keep this clean but I really wanted to say THE *FKN* SANDWICH COOKIES bc I need to emphasize how truly amazing and life altering these cookies are. I live in Houston, ok? I've been to lots of bakeries. Have I EVER had a cookie better than Gemma's sandwich cookies? No. No, I have not. They are a dream and I seriously salivate just thinking about them. I base my errands and outings around getting a sandwich cookie on the weeks that they are serving them. I mean, all of the cookies are phenom. The toffee? You'll hurt yourself they're so good. The peanut butter cup-oatmeal magic she does? Instant addiction. But these sandwich cookies.. like for real- words can't describe. They are art and that buttercream is second to none. I even have a favorite way to eat each of the flavors! I know this sounds extreme but I am telling you! So good!! They have the perfect amount of salt to keep these rich magical babies in balance and make them more adult than other sandwich cookies. Go have one! Try all the flavors! Also get me one. haha Taryn's sandwich-cookie eating process for full flavor effect: Lemon poppyseed needs to be eaten straight-up like a sandwich. The molasses/gingerbready guy needs to have his top taken off and eaten alone. THEN eat the bottom part with the frosting on top. DROOL The chocolate peanut butter needs to go into your mouth like a wheel so its like cookie on the right and left and frosting in the middle. For real! Take one regular sandwich bite and then rotate that thing to wheel into your mouth as you bite and its going to change your life. The butterscotchish one in the pictures? You can eat that one ANY.WAY. and each bite will still be perfect.“

“Super chill spot with fantastic, fresh coffee. Beans are ground on the spot and you know you're getting a quality brew. Small gaming setup, good wifi, and nice spots to sit and chill, or even get some work done. Art in the wall is fun, and the guy working (Newton) was super cool and friendly. Will definitely be back, and highly recommend for anyone looking for a fantastic cup of coffee.“

I get decaf and sugar free these days so it is nice to find places with good decaf and sugar free that doesn’t leave a bad taste in your mouth! My husband drink fully leaded coffee and enjoyed his very much as well. We have the egg bites a go (we normally get them from starbies) in comparison they are smaller and dryer but probably fresher. lol.
I would definitely come back for the amazing coffee and vibe here. Comfy lounge chairs and kind people running it!“

We flew in from overseas and I told my wife I will go here for coffee simply because they are military friendly. Their Smokey Joe was interesting! Never had a smoked flavored coffee before! “I visited this place yesterday. Not sure how long it's been there but it is currently fighting for my favorite place to get Bahn mi. The meatball bahn mi was.... wetter than I'm use to, but But BUT OMG the flavor is ALL there! That grilled pork tho! What can I say? If I lived closer I would be standing outside waiting for them to open....ev VA re day. Being the big back that I am there are thing I would do a lil different. “Great spot for a mid-day catch up! I like sitting at the bar to open my laptop and knock out emails — the atmosphere is lively but still comfortable. Coffee and food are consistently excellent. The new manager, Ash, makes the experience even better — I love asking her to surprise me with a drink, and she nails it every time. “Let me start by saying I am not a coffee drinker. However, people always want to take meetings over coffee and I am usually stuck, sitting at a coffee shop, drinking water or very bad hot chocolate.

Today when somebody asked to have a meeting, I searched on Google maps and found coffee fellows. The reviews were good so we decided to give it a try.

I was very, very pleased with this place! Hot chocolate was delicious! Usually, coffee shops were so focused on their coffee that they don't put any effort into the other drinks. I was very pleased to see that coffee fellows put the same effort into their hot chocolate. Their cinnamon scone was divine! This place served breakfast and lunch items so it would be a great place for a meeting anytime of the day. They have comfortable seating plus indoor and outdoor seating.“

Look in the back - lots of seating available. Make time to park. The coffee shop is in a commercial business building. There's lots available in the parking garage, but it's limited around the coffee shop.“
