She loves those!The hatch green chile queso was out of this world amazing!The tacos are a little pricy, but they stuff them full of ingredients and that most important ingredient of them all, vitamin taste.The food came out pretty quick and fresh. “I went this morning for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. We had a chorizo and egg plate, barbacoa tacos, and some other breakfast tacos. They were all delicious! The salsa wasn’t spicy, so we asked for a hotter one and wow, that was spicy, but good! The service was good and SUPER FAST. It only took like 5 minutes to get our food. Very impressed ?“

“Food was very good. The Flan desert was tied with the very best of 5 Mexican Restaurants we have tried. Beer prices was very fairly priced. The only negative, no cold glass or mug, with the bottle beer. First Mexican restaurant I have found that does not offer. So that is a negative. I wanted to try the margarita, prices are way to expensive. When drink prices, get close in price, to a nice plate of food, does not make sense. You can get a great quart of margarita mix, including Tequila, for $9 at Costco. Our server lady was very good, high marks to her.“

“Food was good. But music was SOOOOOO loud. Made the meal not enjoyable for my husband. We asked if there was any way to turn down just a smidge (because we knew it was Friday night). Our waitress, Laura S. was really working hard & did a great job! Chimichanga, with fajita chicken & Suiza sauce, was good . Chicken fajitas were good also. Like the beans & chips! If we go back (it is a little far from our house), it will be on a weeknight, so it won't be so loud.“

“Kat was great. We ordered to eat in and let her know that we would do a takeout order too before we left. It was 8.30pm and they close at 9.00pm.She came out to the table that we were at and took the extra order to make sure it got to the kitchen before it closed. It was very kind of her. Thanks! ❤️“

“Excellent fajitas, nice big deck with covered seating, and lots of choices (including a few vegetarian options). It wasn't very busy when we were there, and the service was pretty spotty (hard to eat queso without chips... or entrees without rollups), but overall we really enjoyed our visit.“

“My wife and I recently discovered this place on a warm sunny Texas afternoon adventure when we were both hankering for a margarita. Our hostess was so awesome and kind and got us seated outside at a table. The atmosphere was festive with a brightly decorated patio. Our server was attentive and kept our chips and salsa/guac topped off as we slipped into our margarita haze. The margaritas at this place are top notch, the GOAT. Don’t sleep on Texican cafe for patio margs and appetizers.“

“I had the chili relleno plate, rice, and black beans. Everything was hot & delicious. Jose, my waiter, was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly with lots of good advice on other dishes to try at the restaurant. One suggestion would be that the young man who brought me to my table could have been a little more friendly. I wasn't quite sure where I was going or where I was supposed to sit. Kudos to Dos Serranos, though.“

“Recently renovated. Clean and bright interior. Great deck out back. Getting into and out of is a pain. Food and service were very good and consistent with their multiple locations. Offers take out via online ordering or dine in with full bar.“

“Great taste, however the sauce on my chicken enchiladas was a little watered down and took away from the taste being a 5 star. The service was great for only one waiter but restaurant was also slow for Saturday around 4pm. Only 3 tables with guest. The waiter was very polite and professional. I would recommend the restaurant but if busy may be a different storey.“

“This place is huge. Plenty of seating for everyone. The views are spectacular. Right on the lake. Multi levels to sit at. Food was served in a timely manner. Combo fajitas hot the spot. “We are from Baton Rouge, LA and Lupe Tortilla did NOT disappoint! If you go, ask for Marquis!! He is the sweetest and most fun server I’ve ever had at any restaurant. He was so knowledgeable, kind, fun-spirited person we have ever met. The food was to die for, everything seasoned to perfection. The recommendations given by Marquis were out of this world so if you have the privilege of being served by him, get what he says! He knows what’s best, I promise! 10/5 stars if I could!“

“We went here for dinner on a Tuesday for their taco Tuesday special. The restaurant was pretty busy but these guys have their stuff together. We waited in line to order for maybe 3-5 minutes and our food was ready in another 5-10 minutes tops! With two drinks and the taco plate special it was $22. The tacos were pretty good too! The plate came with 3 beef tacos, rice and refried beans. They have a salsa bar if you need extra sauce or order chips.We will definitely be back for the Tuesday special again!!“

“Had some beef fajitas which were good and wife had the ribeye with shrimp on top. Which was decent. It was all to go so that may have influenced it some as well. All in all it was good and it was a to-go order that was ready on time and was complete.“

“My husband loves this place. He would often stop by to grab their Philly cheese steak sandwich, while on break. I admit I was a bit jealous and had to try. Its a truck stoppy, kind of scene. Lots of customers weaving in and out grabbing snacks and food. They did not disappoint! The sandwich as HUGE and delicious. So good. I recommend 10/10. Service was quick and easy. Staff was nice. Store and bathroom were clean. Overall great place to stop in. Oh, and they had other food. I'll be back to check that out!“

He was definitely busy, but always came by the check on us. Never had to ask for a drink refill, asked how things were, if we needed anything else, gave recommendations, just overall great server!“
