“Amazing experience! Despite saying it’s a 15min wait for some dishes, everything came out pretty fast. Our server, Leony, was just delightful and she was amazing together with the other staff that served our food. Manager, Michelle, was walking around, making sure everything was good and also serving as well. 100/10 stars!!!“

I ordered the poke bowl, and it was fantastic. The ingredients were incredibly fresh and the portion size was perfect. I chose the chicken karaage for my proteins and loved that I could customize the bowl with my choice of bases, sauces, and toppings. It was a delicious, refreshing, and filling meal. My daughter chose the chicken spicy ramen, and she absolutely loved it. The broth was rich and flavorful, and she enjoyed the perfect amount of spice. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. “We tried our first Kura in a Queens NY mall and it was worth the trip. This one was also fun. As much as the food, watching the younger kids pulling plates off the conveyor belt is a blast!

The food is good, but there are more generous portions at traditional restaurants. Except for the gooey cake, which is awesome!“
