“I’m not sure when it happened, but somewhere along the way, I became a loyal customer of Bite the Bagel in Killeen. Since I work just a few doors down, it’s turned into part of my morning routine: drop my bags off at the office, then head right back out for breakfast. The staff is always so welcoming, greeting me with big smiles that instantly brighten my day. My favorite server, Sam, has even memorized my order already, which still impresses me every time! Between the friendly faces and my go-to London Fog iced tea, Bite the Bagel has become the little morning tradition that makes every day start on a better note. 🥹“

“I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to for this one.
I want to shoutout a barista named Rey, or at least that is what their apron said.
Rey took the time to read my mobile order ticket & craft my drink precisely how I wanted. I know it was confusing to read given that I ordered a Hazelnut shaken espresso but w/ no hazelnut (I chose to sub macadamia).
For context - I ordered my drink at a different Starb but as I drove away it was wayyy too sweet & tasted like hazelnut. I didn’t want to go back or have to deal w/talking to someone so I just reordered at this one instead.
TLDR - 10/10, fast & friendly service.“

“a very big thank you to Dean for exceptional Customer service. I placed a online order, go for my pick up and come to find out I placed the order for a different location. With a smile and no issues Dean ( I hope I got his name right) made my order and told me not to worry. Wow what a great and unexpected experience, specially since I had a horrible one at the Temple location on 31th Street yesterday. “Tori, Liz, & Red were great! Not sure who made our drinks out of the 3 but they made them the way we ordered them! My daughter Jessica & I went to get us a little treat & were pleasant surprised by their great customer service & the quality of our drinks! I use to be an avid Starbucks customer but the quality of drinks had declined so much so that I stopped going! I stopped going for about 3 yrs but today these 3 people rendered great customer service which is also rare now a days! Thanks guys! Keep up the great work! 😊🫶💯“
“I would like to try breakfast there. I had the brisket today and do not recommend it. The potato salad and beans were fantastic! If you want BBQ, this is not a place I can recommend. If you want incredible service, a great atmosphere and what looked like an awesome breakfast menu, check it out. Wishing I would have ordered the burger or cobb salad.“

“I love coming to this bakery! The customer service is amazing and the staff is very friendly, professional and helpful! I come here a few times a week and always see the same happy familiar faces! Even when I call on the phone, they are very helpful and polite!
The pastries are out of this world and when they are out of stock on my favorites; they always make good recommendations which makes me smile!
The girl with the blue hair is so sweet and kind! She always reminds to order my pastries ahead of time to ensure my order is fulfilled and she is very helpful when placing orders! Her customer service is stellar and worth the trip to Tour Les Jours (Killeen, Texas)!“
