“What can I say!! This is one of the best restaurants we have eaten at in a while! It is a little hidden gem!! Everything has such great flavor !! The Gumbo is fantastic and the chicken and the pecan praline waffle is out of this world!! You definitely will not be disappointed with anything!! And to top it all off the food is Hot made to order and worth the wait!! Definitely will be going back to try some other things!! Our table also had the shrimp and grits and they were very tasty!! The food has always been delicious, specifically the ribs, that fall off the bone. Salad is always fresh. Sides are tasty too. And the bread is buttery goodness. ALL for such a reasonable price. “I'll rate it about a 3.75, I guess. Although my Bang Bang Shrimp was great my sister's said their sampler plate was somewhat less to be desired. We had to wait quite a while for our server, Amy, and they weren't extremely busy. A manager did come to check on us & went out of her way to find my sister a bottle of Coca-Cola :) Gift shop prices are outrageous, but it's a fun place with nice scenic views!“

“So me and my husband chose Cheddar's today for our lunch date. We had a great time and the food was pretty decent. However our server was a bit overwhelmed I think. We didn't get a bowl for ketchup, asked for extra napkins and never received those. My husband didn't get his bacon for his baked potato, but the time the waitress remembered he was almost done with his meal. When I mentioned my raspberry sweet tea was too sweet, and I'd like an unsweetened tea with lemon, that never came. I kept receiving unsweetened raspberry tea. However I had asked twice and wasn't going to ask a third time. We had quite a few wait times in between asking for things. I also got a to-go order which didn't take long. We may return to this location but I'm sure at this time.“

Chicken fried steak was very bland today.
Mac and cheese has been watery with no flavor for last 2 visits.
Corn was even blah! How do you blah up corn?
The little lady that got us our drinks was very sweet and hard working that's why I'm just knocking off 1 star for service. But the waitress...as long as yours not asking her for assistance with something, she might be ok. But I feel like she would spit in my food for wanting to exchange something out. She's really not the warm and friendly type of waitress...I guess a job is a job. I get it...but dang Gina!“

“Always a treat to eat at Cheddars. Each experience with my pickup orders have been slightly disappointing. The food hasn't been hot and I always arrive well before the expected time and once ordered from the pickup location.
Eating in has never been an issue and will likely avoid picking up in the future to avoid the disappointment.“

“On 9/12/25. I showed up at opening time with a order for chicken tenders and sides for 25 people. There were on 4 men working including the manager and cook. While getting the buffet set, filling phone orders and other customers orders. They gave me a time in which my order would be done( 45 minutes) . It was not only done on time but they also loaded it in my car. They were amazing. Excellent customers service. The food was also great. We celebrated my grandmother 's 90th birthday and her favorite chicken is Hartz. I greatly appreciate those men. Highly recommend Hartz on Garth road.“
