When I say top notch customer service he had. It started thunder storming really bad and I didn't have an umbrella all I had was my raincoat but the high winds didn't help. But Brandon got an umbrella and walked me to my car that was in the second parking lot just to keep my food and I from get drenched in the rain...
Please promote Brandon because he sacrifice getting wet to keep a customer dry.

“"Hello everyone, I recently had an amazing experience at Halls Honey Fried Chicken on Lancaster Road in Dallas, Texas. I want to give a special shout-out to Tangela Jackson who provided exceptional service. She was incredibly polite and even went the extra mile by giving me an extra leg with my two-piece order. Not only was the food hot and crispy, but it also had that homemade taste that made it truly special. I've been to Halls Honey Fried Chicken three days in a row because their food is just that good! I highly recommend giving them a try. For the outstanding service and delicious food, I believe they truly deserve five stars. I will definitely be coming back for more. “I ordered my typical 3 finger combo, extra crispy. The food was spot on. I applaud this location for being generous with the amount of fries I got. I wish cane's was consistent with the portions from store to store. Some locations I've gotten in the habit of ordering extra fries because they don't give you enough with the order.“

“Courtesy is outstanding. Knowledgeable service. I wanted some greens (real, not canned) they were the real thing. Ribs were tender and not sauced (my favorite way). I WILL be back and soon to try other options. Please give them a try. Can't add a photo. I ate the food too fast.“

“The employees working the parking lot are friendly even though they’re working out in the hot sun. The employees at the windows are super friendly. The food was hot and delicious! Oh my and that lemonade! Yes indeed! They need to add more employees for taking the food orders! One person trying to take all those orders will not work!“
