When I say top notch customer service he had. It started thunder storming really bad and I didn't have an umbrella all I had was my raincoat but the high winds didn't help. But Brandon got an umbrella and walked me to my car that was in the second parking lot just to keep my food and I from get drenched in the rain...
Please promote Brandon because he sacrifice getting wet to keep a customer dry.

When I first walked in, it didn’t seem like the friendliest environment, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, as we were leaving, Brooklyn completely changed my perspective. Her smile, kindness, and outstanding customer service truly sealed the deal for me. Brooklyn was so sweet, welcoming, and genuine. She made us feel appreciated as customers, and that type of service goes a long way. I would suggest that everyone on staff take a page from Brooklyn’s book when it comes to customer service. I want to give a special shout-out to Tangela Jackson who provided exceptional service. She was incredibly polite and even went the extra mile by giving me an extra leg with my two-piece order. Not only was the food hot and crispy, but it also had that homemade taste that made it truly special. I've been to Halls Honey Fried Chicken three days in a row because their food is just that good! I highly recommend giving them a try. For the outstanding service and delicious food, I believe they truly deserve five stars. I will definitely be coming back for more. “I ordered my typical 3 finger combo, extra crispy. The food was spot on. I applaud this location for being generous with the amount of fries I got. I wish cane's was consistent with the portions from store to store. Some locations I've gotten in the habit of ordering extra fries because they don't give you enough with the order.“

“I had a horrible experience last at this location. I went back to visit this morning. And I ran into the GM Rocky, absolutely changed my experience from last night. Thank you sir for your service, support and hospitality. I believe when people get it right the least you can do is let them know. I location has great potential with managers like ROCKY, not to mention he looks like a Rocky!! Lol 😝“

“Hall's Chicken is just as much a staple in Dallas as Rudy's.... Going by here took me all the way back to 2001 with the Footaction crew and sending up orders.... So with this feeling of nostalgia I decided to see if Hall's had endured the test of time.... I was greeted by the most knowledgeable and professional Tracie who seemed like a Hall's Chicken Oracle the way she knew her numbers and prices; very impressive. And their Supervisor, Cristal had the most bubbly personality and both had warm, inviting smiles to go with the flair they had going. I had me a 2 piece white and my God the smell was Heavenly. Like the kid opening his present for the Red Rider BB gun, after receiving my food I expeditiously parked and ate my food. It's rare you have a chicken place where even the breast was juicy.... Everything hit its mark, followed by a Sprite. Thank you Hall's for the trip down memory lane and the reassurance that y'all will always be the same....“

“The employees working the parking lot are friendly even though they’re working out in the hot sun. The employees at the windows are super friendly. The food was hot and delicious! Oh my and that lemonade! Yes indeed! They need to add more employees for taking the food orders! One person trying to take all those orders will not work!“
