“Today was my second visit. Ordered a Turkey burger. It was great as usual. But this time I had sweet potato fries that wasn't over cooked or soggy. Forgot to say light mayo and nor salt on my fries. However, I’ve made me a not for next time. Everything was great. Of course, I'm going again.“

“What a nice and warming welcoming by Star at the coffee shop inside the Old Queen in Ferris. I enjoyed a freshly brewed cup of tasty decafe coffee. Also received a 10% coupon off for the local Bakery at Jose's. If you purchase bakery goods, you also receive 10% off your next coffee item at the coffe shop. Isn't that wonderful. It has been a lovely morning, with nothing but lovely people. I sure will be back. you should try it out.“

When I say top notch customer service he had. It started thunder storming really bad and I didn't have an umbrella all I had was my raincoat but the high winds didn't help. But Brandon got an umbrella and walked me to my car that was in the second parking lot just to keep my food and I from get drenched in the rain...
Please promote Brandon because he sacrifice getting wet to keep a customer dry.

“On the day that I went, I was picking up my food versus dining in. The pickup of food was slow. So I had to get out of my car and go inside to the counter, after waiting for the food to be delivered to me. Hopefully that was just a one off.“

“Wow. The workers here are hands down the definition of true customer service. They had high energy, respectful, kind and brought a smile to our faces when we dined in to eat. The level of service made the food taste better. This level of customer service is not taught it's something that Is given by their families. Will definitely come back.“
