“I ordered the vegan pizza with the crumbles and plant based Italian Sausage and I requested a honey drizzle on top. It was so good I almost had a wreck trying to eat and drive. So I had to pull over so I could really dive in!! Now it's time for a Nap ?. I will definitely be returning to try something else next time!!!“

“I have read all the positive reviews...so I decided to try their turkey burger with the sweet potato fries...I took that first bite and couldn't even open my mouth for the next bite it was so good...better than good...the entire meal was awesome...thank you so much Sankofa Kitchen and Bar...most definitely will be back “
“I ordered my first pizza from South Polk today. Others have exclaimed how great the pizza was, and they are absolutely correct! The box was heavy as I collected it from the delivery driver. Opening the box, the pizza looked great and full of toppings. The crust was thin without being cracker-like. The cheese was quality and the pepperoni and Italian sausage were plentiful across the pizza. I will order from here again and be a member of the choir advocating fir this restaurant.“

“Where do I start….. A must visit location. The food was AMAZING . I had the Oak Cliff chicken salad and my son had the bacon cheese burger. You can see he took a bite before I could get the picture. He loved it and even ate all the veggies. When I went in to order my food. The guy who took my order was very nice, greeted me immediately even tho he was busy and told me he would be right with me. He immediately helped me, was kind and informed me of his website. The burgers are made of real, fresh, not frozen patties. Fast food chains have nothing on Jimmy's.“
“Table reservations were free the night i went. I went to chill with friends, they never showed up so I was alone. I was having a great time by myself. Small cozy place I was really enjoying the peace of being alone. But when I went to order food they gave my table away. No waitress came to see if I wanted to order I was having such a great time 2hrs has went by so I went to the bar to order. When I got back they had seated a couple at my table, my name was still on the table. Anyway we got that resolved I didn't stop smiling, my night wasn't about to be ruined. If you're by yourself better run to order and run back cause they will give you're table away. This could have went left. I thank God it didn't.DJ was a 7 out of 10 for what I've seen here in dallas. “I had the best Italian sub that I can honestly remember. Order the Italian Hero, sun dried tomato bread, toasted. It was the perfect balance of veggies, meat, melted cheese, and sauces. The light butter coating on the bread was a nice touch too!Lemonade was on point as well. Tart, not sweet. I can't wait to come back!“
