“Friendly service. There is one guy that works outside and doesn't seem to understand the process. I'll be 3/4 cars back, tell him I have a mobile order and he moves on to car behind me. I believe he should get my order so I can leave and shorten the line. Thought that was the purpose of the app.“

“This morning, after one of the most exhausting nights I’ve had in awhile, I headed to the Starbucks in Liberty Hill because they open an hour before my usual location and I was desperately in need of caffeine. I am so thankful I did! Even though I was the first customer and they were most likely still setting everything up, they patiently walked me through the differences between each type of coffee. Then when I arrived at the window to pay and realized I had forgotten my debit card and couldn’t remember the number when I went to the app to purchase a gift card to use as payment, the cashier kindly let me know “this one is on her”. That kindness and generosity has given me hope that a terrible night will not lead to a terrible day. I will certainly be going back.“

“I am a donut snob and to have a place like grand donuts in Liberty Hill less than 15 minutes from my house is a dream come true. These guys know how to make fresh donuts without over cooking or that oily mouth feel. Their staff is so friendly and complete orders very quickly.“

“I got the chance to try their bourbon orange coffee today and oh my gosh! Im ready to go back already and drink another but I would be climbing ceilings if I did. It was so good and filled with flavor and even had real pieces of orange in it. And unlike other coffee shops that just turn out every coffee exactly the same like a robot, they took the time to ask me how I preferred mine, if I wanted it really sweet or less sweet, milk preference. And even explained their entire menu to me. I am very excited to come back and try the rest of the lattes and matchas.“

“Vibes here are so good. The staff were really friendly, patient, and kind while giving me a drink suggestion. The drink definitely skew sweet. I ordered 75% sweetness and it tasted more like 100% sweetness at other places. I liked the lemon green tea with tapioca a lot. I found it so refreshing and tasty and somehow healing. The boba was perfectly soft, chewy, and sweet.

I also ordered the waffle. It was fresh, fluffy, and perfectly sweet. The staff were generous and gave me some toppings bc my first waffle burned. Can’t emphasize how great the staff were. The regular topping tastes like cheese foam and it was really tasty. I also got to sample the taro spread topping option. It tasted like cream cheese w taro powder mixed in. Not my cup of tea but I’m sure others will enjoy it

The interior is beautifully decorated. the big windows and interior design make the place feel so comfy and inviting. I want to spend all day here. Superb“

“I recently visited this place and was blown away by both the quality of the drinks and the warm, inviting atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to help me choose from their extensive menu of creative and classic flavors.

The boba pearls were perfectly chewy, and my drink was just the right balance of sweetness and flavor – you can tell they put thought into every detail. I especially loved the [mention specific drink you tried, like a Taro Milk Tea or Matcha which was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had.

Only one setback,...when I think of enjoying a cold glass of tea, I think of being able to sit down to enjoy it. They don't have a place to really enjoy the experience. But with that said, the staff is really friendly and I would definitely come back!...?“

“I was driving all over Cedar Park and visited forur coffee houses trying to fulfill a large order for my daughter and her soccer team. The first three didn't accept cash, and I was told this is now a "thing". Maybe it's a "thing" here, but it's not a "thing" where I'm from (Colorado) or anywhere else I've been. Needless to say, they lost out on more than just my business. I finally came to Blackrock and realized I should have stopped here to begin with. They were more than happy to take my cash and I was rewarded with an excellent cup of coffee, a great attitude, and stellar service! Unfortunately, the kids ran out of time for breakfast and we didn't get to place that large order with them, but I made sure to let everyone on my kiddo's team and the other teams where they needed to go for their coffee. Disappointed I didn't get to sample the tasty looking food and give a rating, but I'm definitely going to be back on my next trip here to give it a try. I won't be going anywhere else for my coffee and neither should you! Give these guys a shot and you won't be disappointed!“
