“The wife and I recently made the switch from the other coffee chain and I am so glad we did. I like my coffee black with some creme, but do like to occasionally try the seasonal drinks. This is my 3rd visit and time and time again my drinks come out TASTING EXACTLY how I want them to come out. I appreciate the consistency. There is a particular barista, named April here that makes my drinks come out TASTING phenomenal. She knows her stuff. The wife and I came today to try the Pumpkin Spice Latte and it did NOT disappoint. Great job DD for awesome customer service, great drinks and an overall great experience.“

“Jolt literally has the best consistent taste on all 3 coffee drive thrus I used to be a Dutch bros fan but this place is waaaay better hoping they expand on the south side I literally love driving up to the new Braunfels area to see my spouse for work but I always look forward to getting a drink here and I love it here and the staff are always amazing on all locations! I love 7 brew too but this is literally even better them too! The soft top is the best… I’ve tried coffee grind too in new Braunfels didn’t get me like this place did never fails.“

“It's a nice place, but if I drop into a neighborhood (or any) coffee shop on a Sat a.m. I expect a Sat a.m. "coffee atmosphere" - quiet, laid-back. Suddenly in comes a bunch of pre-teens, cackling and shouting. Too many parents make the mistake of assuming that we all want to see and hear their kids: teach them to recognize and respect quiet. Otherwise, as I said, a nice and convenient spot with a good selection for coffee and low-dB conversation.“

“My wife and I stopped here on a roadtrip for a coffee and breakfast stop along the way. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, you can clearly see the pride that they take in their business and providing an excellent experience for their customers.

The coffee was great, lots of unique Korean style coffees that you could not find elsewhere. We also got the egg avocado toast, it was also really good.“

“My car broke down and I managed to get it into the parking lot at 7Brew. I was stuck there for 3 hours while I waited for the tow truck. The staff was so friendly and sweet and they checked on me and brought me cold water and a very tasty lemonade.

“First time coming in I was very overwhelmed and confused by the menu layout but the barista I believe named Kashiyana (sorry if speed wrong!) was so helpful and guided me to pick out the perfect breakfast and matcha. “I love on the grind so much more than Starbucks. They have a good selection of coffee, comes hot, cold and blended. They even offer a stamp card and after you buy 10 coffees you get one free. They dont even scam you by making the free coffee something nobody wants like a small black. I just redeemed my free drink today and got a large iced chocolate Carmel coffee. Their drinks dont taste as sugary as Starbucks, which I like, but they are still quite sweet. Ive gone here for a few years now and never have they gotten my order wrong, everyone is always very happy and even if the line looks long still go! They do the same thing chick fil a does and will get your order on an iPad and get you out with your drink fast. I love this place. They are dog friendly too and my dogs love coming to get a pup cup. What is not to like?“

“My last two visits to The Human Bean have been pretty terrible experiences and I’ve reached out twice trying to speak with someone about it and haven’t heard back, other than from someone that said my message forwarded to the right people. The last visit was so bad I had to throw my drink away. Other than those two visits and the lack of customer support, other experiences have been perfect. We’ll be taking a small break for now from The Human Bean though and won’t be giving a specific location a third chance.“

“I bring my niece and nephew to this Starbucks every Tuesday. We call it our Tuesdate. Their mother passed away a year and a half ago and this is now where they get their weekly mothering from me. It’s been a hard 21 months but all 3 of us have looked forward to our weekly Tuesdate for the last year. We have had at least 60 Tuesdates and one of the baristas recognizes it and tonight she also referred to it as our Tuesdate. She has no idea what the kids are going through but her mentioning it by name was exciting and comforting to the kids. Consistency is so important and she validated that they have it in small way. I can’t imagine how lost they feel in this world but this barista makes them feel like they belong.“

“I recently decided to try out Dutch Bros because it was on my way to work. The staff has always been really friendly, and they're quick and efficient to get people in and out of the line. The coffee is great with a lot to choose from, and their lemon poppyseed muffin tops are amazing! Definitely my new go-to coffee joint.“

Coffee is great, not too acidic with many flavoring choices, especially for my sugar free queens! They even offer a high protein milk for a protein coffee.
If I may suggest; Small light-ice, sugar free breve with sugar free caramel drizzle inside and around the cup with spray whip on top. Delicious!“

“This is my favorite Merit Coffee location in town! There is a lot of seating for studying or working, lots of natural light, and a very cool atmosphere inside. It is also open through to the Trek bike store which is neat! The service is lovely and as always the coffees are incredible. They have great seasonal flavors in addition to the standard menu.“

A customer was giving her a difficult time over making a smoothie due to being out of strawberries but she was still kind nonetheless! Most of all amazing customer service my fiance went to pick up my coffee and his car battery died while there and they were so kind and remade my drink without him having to ask!
