Instead, they created a vegetarian meal good enough to put on our main menu - and it was such a hit! Not only that, but they saved horderves for me and my husband because we were busy during cocktail hour and wanted to make sure we ate (they also sent us home with multiple meals to enjoy in the hotel room at the end of the night). Emily created a custom catering menu for my husband & I's wedding in a short time that had all the types of foods we love at an AMAZING price. She worked within my budget & helped to provide way more than just the food for the wedding. Emily was flexible with our tasting & was very detailed in her descriptions of everything we ate as well as willing to work with us on what we wanted the same or different for the actual day. “I had the Big Jon from Gebbys BBQ today. It was a chopped brisket with sausage sandwich. You guys! I bit into it and tasted all the flavors of the spices and the crunch of the pickles 🥒 and.....man it was delicious 👌🏼! The chopped brisket was juicy, tender and piled on high. I want to highly recommend Word of Mouth Catering, I was in a timeline trying to find a caterer for my daughter's wedding after her letting us know she was getting married only with a week's notice. After calling other catering places and getting turned down because of such a small amount of time for them to help. Word of Mouth came through with only 4 days before the event. “Found out about The Green Cart on Instagram and tried it for the first time last week. WOW! I absolutely loved my first Pantry order. The food was so delicious and kept well in their packaging. I also really appreciated the little details, like a mini bouquet of flowers as a thank you :) My reccos are the Egg Salad, the Fennel and Mango salad, the Cabbage slaw, the curry Chicken salad, the gazpacho, the GF Bagel and the GF Baguette... “Alonti catered a lunch today for the tenants of our building complex - they probably served 150 people. Both meat and vegetarian lasagnas were served, along with garlic bread and salad.
The lasagna (I tried both types) was some of the best i have had - hot, fresh, with the noodles cooked perfectly and enough sauce, ricotta, and filling to satisfy. I was very impressed at such food quality, especially given the number of people they served.“
