“Pretty inside, absolutely packed tonight because the rest of the Restraunts in Marfa were closed Jan 2nd. No hostess. We waited 5 or 10 minutes in line and finally left.”

“I ate last night on my drive to Big Bend National Park. I was shocked to find such a fabulous restaurant in the middle of nowhere.
The staff was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance and people watching was great. We had two appetizers (shrimp, and the bread) and they were excellent. I had the chicken and fried rice, and my wife had the ravioli. They were both excellent.
This restaurant exceeded our expectations and we will plan to stop here again after we visit the national park.”

“What a fantastic Gem of a find.
You won't go away hungry, Burritos are on point and filling even for a fat man like me. Staff super friendly and kind with smiles all around. I ordered the Carne & Cuṅada Burritos.
plenty of seating outside and more intimate inside. Sticker friendly as well as sharpie marker friendly ( keep it pg13 please).
highly recommend this place and will visit again when in Marfa.
Thank you Marfa Burritos

“Morning they sell coffee, bitter and straight-like Marfa itself. Afternoon it's gone. Then velvet lights. Ground beef ragu waits in a shallow bowl, steaming but not loud, sauce thick enough to sin with. Merlot arrives in a glass, no ceremony, tastes of dust and forgiveness. Menu? Changes before you finish chewing. Three nights a week only. And if you look up-real good-stars punch holes through the roof. You won't forget them. Or that mousse, black as the void, sweet as a lie you want. Five stars. Highly recommend.”

“I get the feeling people are missing this place because it's not in a spot with natural foot traffic. But if you see this review, I promise you won't regret having lunch here. Probably the best torta I ever had. The bread was out of this world, as well as the steak and the sauces. 1000% recommended. Lovely lady running the place too.”

“Great place. Friendly people and free roasted peanuts. Funky and cool.”
“The place is good for chilling out not for food and drinks. It's like the old saloons which you see in the movies. There is a long wait for food. They have some local beers to choose from. The food was okay-ish. But it took almost like forever for the food to come.
If you are staying near Marfa then there are very few options of food late at night and this places falls in that list of few places.
Vegetarian options: Not much vegetarian dishes.”

“Fantastic food. Had chili relleno, rice and refried beans. Quantity and quality was everything one could wish for. Angel and ML her husband were fantastic hosts. If you are anywhere near Marfa, Texas, you must stop and eat at Angel's.”
“the Chinese food was excellent and would get the tacos again”
“We found Big Bend Coffee Roasters when we were in the area for spring break in 2020, and we’ve been ordering it ever since. Cattleman’s Cup is our favorite, but we’ve tried others and they’re all great! Love our BBCR!”

“Good place to hang out and watch sports. We watched an entire football game at the bar. Beware they can't turn the sound up on the game.
The bartenders were all friendly. Josh was great. Naya was very helpful too.
The food here is really pretty good. We ate there multiple times and enjoyed everything we got.”

“Best iced lattes ever!! The owners are amazing people and my caffeine curator was awesome and friendly as per the usual. I’ve never left there unsatisfied. 10/10 would definitely recommend ❤️☕️🧋🍰🍪”
“I had received a bag of the Brasilian roast! It arrived to the middle of rural American in 2 days. The beans were perfect! The aroma was heavenly through the shipping box. We ground the beans for an Italian espresso machine and brewed this roast. Hints of cherries and toffee. So smooth and extremely drinkable. The only problem was that it was so so good, that we drank through the bag in less than 2 days. Highly recommend buying coffee from here, as you will not be disappointed!”

“I would give this 5 stars if Happy Cow would let me but it's not a fully vegan/vegetarian restaurant. I'm vegan and have to be gluten free, which is hard when traveling, especially in small towns. But they were very accommodating and made a plate filled with veggies, cranberries, beans, and nuts. for me. It was so good. And I followed it with fresh squeezed orange sorbetto. Would 100% recommend. The wait can be long but it's worth it.”
