My boyfriend is a lover of meat and, therefore, Burnt Bean Company (naturally). We usually head down here from Austin before sunrise on Sundays, so I always arrive in Seguin in need of coffee.

Every time I come in, I'm greeted by the lovely Nerdy who makes the hour long wait in the BBQ line at 7am much easier to endure. She always has a smile on her face and the kindness to match. While, yes, the coffee is great, Nerdy makes the experience worth while and always helps to make the start to my day a little brighter.

“I was looking for a coffee place where I could get a gallon or two to take to a meeting. I was certainly referred to the right place when I was sent to Betty Lou Coffee! It was so delicious and everyone commented and wanted to know where I bought it. You can bet this is going to be a monthly stop when I go meet our group. I received great customer service and they also furnished the cups and other condiments. The young woman who waited on me made me feel like the only customer of the day. Betty Lou Coffee Company is located on Landa Street close to Das Rec and I plan to go by and pick up a cup whenever I am in that area of NB.“

“This is the same company that used to be in Geronimo on hwy 123. Same owner, just a new location, right off Saur Ln which becomes Barbarossa road right across from the Meyer's Landing subdivision in New Braunfels. Alves Rd is nearby. The coffee and friendly, inviting service are the same. Some of the menu items have changed names but are also the same. They're also planning to bring in a bagel food truck. It's a very nice setup already, with a nice sitting area. So happy you're back Cafecito !“

“We used 2tarts for our wedding desserts and it was amazing. They were not only delicious, they made our cake tasting a special event. We worked with Erin, and she was so charming. Everyone truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, and the tasting is a precious memory for me now. The actual cake was beautifully done, on-time, and tasted delicious. We had nothing but positive feedback from our guests, and many people even took selfies with the dessert table! It looked that good. Me and my husband (woo!) had a slice of the blackberry cake which was possibly the best cake I've ever had, but our "anniversary" layer, which we ate the next day, was pistachio, and that was incredibly delicious. We got a four-tier cake with different flavored layers, and individual apple pies and slices of gluten-free, vegan cake. The options were so great we almost didn't know what to pick, but we were so happy with the end result!
