I saw the Starbucks in Kroger, and it was closed 😔. The establishment was clean and well-maintained 🧼, reflecting the staff’s attention to detail 👌. I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking quality coffee ☕ and excellent service 🙌. I’ve always loved Starbucks coffee! 😍

Diamond made me a Caramel Ribbon Crunch yesterday, and it was hands down the best I’ve ever had! 😍 The balance of caramel and crunch was perfect 🤩, and it was such a treat 😋. One of the best white chocolate mochas my wife has had as well—definitely one of her all-time favorites 💖☕. Everything was crafted with care and just hit the spot 🙌. Highly recommend! 👍“

Today I forgot to order my hot brewed Chi Tea with 4 Sugar in the Raw packets in it. As I sat in Starbucks waiting on my drink, the Sweetest Barista, Madison, looked at me with a puzzled look on her face & said “No Sugar?” I said, “Oh! I forgot! Yes, please add my usual 4 SitR!” She smiled and so did I! She proceeded on making my drink the way she knows I LOVE IT❣️ It felt like an episode of “Cheers!” because, 🎶Sometimes You want go where Every Body Knows Your naaaame 🎶 AAAANNNDDD Your Drink Order!!!

“This Black Rock Coffee location is truly one of a kind! The team that Meli and Jeeda have put together is outstanding!!! Customer service here is a thousand out of ten. Every single time I come through, whether at the drive-thru or inside, I’m greeted with kindness, energy, and genuine care. They honestly go above and beyond, and it makes such a difference.

I love this location so much that I’ll happily drive 30 minutes just to come here!! And yes, I even come twice a day sometimes because the experience is that good! I’ve tried plenty of other coffee shops in the area, but nothing compares. The coffee and the fuels here are legit—rich, balanced, and never just “sugar in a cup.” You can really taste the difference.

I’ve visited other Black Rock locations too, and while they’re good, it’s night and day compared to the team Meli and Jeeda have created here. They’ve built something truly special. As someone who’s new to the state, the way they’ve welcomed me and made me feel like part of the community means so much!! That’s why I’ll always keep coming back.

“I have other ships I like better. Seating is tricky here, and the staff is ok, but not overly friendly. The drinks are average. Not bad, not great. The location just feels like an afterthought. It is crammed into the corner of a parking lot, next to a dollar general. I’ll go if I’m in the area and need a coffee, but I won’t go out of my way.“

“I love black rock coffee it’s now my go to coffee shop! I love that the coffee comes perfect combinations and you do not have to add anything. Where other shops charge you for every little extra. Black rock coffee bar does not. Their large comes with 3 shots of espresso and will get your day started with a kick and a smile. I love their chorizo and egg breakfast sandwich. The staff is always so friendly! Y’all stole my heart to my cup of coffee! Keep up the great work!“

I know the employees have to do what they are told and it's my own fault because I should have known better to ask for no ice but if you people really want to get your money's worth then I suggest you ask for little or no ice. I feel cheated. I'm sure corporate in a lot of companies add so much ice for a reason unless you ask them not to. The more ice the less drink the less drink the more you pay. It's really a scam.“

They're great, quick, efficient, and super patient. They're an awesome team. I leave with a smile to my long day at work or just shopping fun. 🫣 I peeked into my checking account to weigh in well with my review, but yeah, I've spent $1449.00 at least (this doesn't include times I've paid cash or Gift cards) in the last 18 months. I came in for an iced coffee and an Americano, and they made it with love and even wrote a friendly message on my cup. Me and my puppy dog sat on the patio and enjoyed a wonderful Sunday. This is what life is all about the coffee was fresh and the store was so well put together and there’s so much patio space to really enjoy a quiet setting to get work done or just relax. “Went to Benny's for the first time today. I will definitely be back. Had a garlic bagel with bacon, egg and cheese. The bagel itself was top notch; lots of garlic, toasted well, great chew. The egg, cheese and bacon were cooked perfectly. The coffee was fresh, hot and delicious. Highly recommended.“
