“I’ve always been a fan of Black Rock Coffee and have enjoyed visits to their stores in Katy and Cypress. However, my recent visit to this particular location was a bit disappointing. I tried two different coffees with a friend, and neither of them met the usual high standards I’ve come to expect from Black Rock. It’s hard to say whether it was the barista or just an off batch of coffee, but the drinks didn’t taste as good as usual. Despite this, I still love Black Rock Coffee overall, though I’m not sure about this particular store.“

“i brought in a bag of starbucks beans that i needed grinding. my coffee maker at home grinds my beans fresh. well I opened it once & i wanted to take the rest to work so i brought it in to get grinded. i was told that once its opened they cant grind it. so the manager Melanie GAVE me a new bag to replace my ONCE opened bag & grinder it for me. we go everyday & that was so sweet of her....so thank you. now on the other hand i dont know this one girls name. she has short blonde hair & she always has something negative to say. yesterday we tried to use our grande seasonal card with stickers & we already had one on it & she told our cashier that we havent started that yet, which it did. & when she has cashiered for us she just seems mad ALL THE TIME.?not a way to start off my morning when we have to deal with her. but melanie made it all better....cheers!!!�“

“The owner is very sweet and friendly. I loved their brisket and chappel hill sausage kolaches. I am not a fan of the spinach one. There was barely any cheese in it. I'm still giving 5 stars because the owner is so nice, and the other kolaches were excellent. I also just want to make sure to leave the feedback for the owner just in case it might help. :)“
