“One of my favorite NB restaurants! I work downtown and have ordered online for pick up plenty of times, the food is always delicious and the customer service is top notch. Even when they are in their crazy lunch hour rush, the employees are all friendly and have my lunch ready and waiting on time! A lovely worker put the ranch on the side and left a note saying it contains gluten. I called up there and thanked her personally for this info, but I just want to brag more about her because it made my day and saved me from being glutened. I think her name was Lita or Lena😅 Anyways, thank you!!! Absolutely made my day.“

“Every single star is well deserved. I have a family of 6 ranging from 2.5 yrs to 33 yrs and the diversity of the menu had something special for all of us. I would highly recommend coming here for a quick bite or a full on dinner. Not too many sandwich spots can boast a delicious sandwich and crinkle cut fries. Everything was clean and friendly. We're definitely coming back here. Come and check it out. You will definitely be satisfied.

“So i came into Mcallisters new Braunfels for lunch and when i tell you the service was Amazing. it was AMAZING!! i didn’t catch her name but the lady (blonde ) was so sweet and patient taking our order. and not even five minutes after ordering we got our meal. the food is always immaculate and the best way to end the meal is with a cookie. so i go up to order one and she is super sweet and covers the cost of the cookie from the kindness of her heart! bless her!!“

“The guy that was working was absolutely wonderful! He worked at the gas station part but he was helping out the subway part at that moment. He was the one with the red mustache i forgot to ask his name. But he was so nice and patient and even funny. He did a great job on our food and even offered to add things to our sandwiches that i never thought of. The food tasted great. This place is so much better than the subway in startzville which has rude service most of the time as well. And the same order i got was close to half the price i usually pay at the one in startzville. Which i never understood why i was paying between $30-$36 for two sandwiches. So i highly recommend the subway in the bigs gas station!“

“We stopped for a sandwich but hadn't really eaten here much before since it's far from our home. My wife asked for a large sandwich because that's what she remembers ordering the last time she had food at Schlotzky's. Turns out the large sandwich is literally GIANT. It was much more than my wife remembered and when we got to the window, we apologized for not knowing the sizing/pricing.

The wonderful people working understood and were kind to a veteran and his family who just had a newborn. This type of kindness is not common at all and we are very appreciative of everyone there. We will definitely be eating here more often because of that experience and service.“
