“Even with a packed house and drive thru lane, these guys and gals consistently bust their butts to make sure orders get out expeditiously. Manager did a great job during my visit of pushing the pace, ensuring accuracy, dealing with the pop up issues, and holding his team accountable.“
“There was 1 lonely girl working our local Starbucks located in Target at the Creekside shopping plaza. She was amazing! Every person she was kind to, and even though she was busy she didn't seem stress and kept her composure extremely well.Took an order, made the order, told the next people in line she would be with them in a minute, and thanked everyone for coming in. Every single customer she gave 100%. We didn't get her name but if the girl working on 4-16-22 around 8:30 p.m sees this know that you are fabulous! Everyone should have customer service skills as good as yours.“
“I was here 7/30/2025 around 4PM. I wasn't able to get the names of the staff but they were all very kind and A+ service. I was in an interview and my americano of course went cold. After my interview I went back up to ask for a to go cup and they made a whole brand new hot Americano for me. I will always recommend this spot. Above and beyond.“
