“The five stars are for the guy running the show from the register to the window to the cooking area UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE ,don’t know his name nor how much is he making there but whatever is his salary it’s not enough, shame to the owner of this place , there were two other employees there a girl in the back in a guy in the cooking area but this guy at front was working for 3 or 4 employees by himself.My respect to this guy “ tall African-American guy with a ponytail.My respect to you brother.Thanks .and don’t get it twisted I waited for a long time along other people there but I blame only the owner of this place.This guy even apologized for the delay and he was working full speed.Thanks Bro.“

“Came in today arnd 12p. Manager Bryce (I think that’s his name) was very helpful. This guys is the best retail manager ever. He just cares about customers and their experience. Any owner wishes they had a guy like him. My kids love him too.“

“Today I finally tried Layne’s, it was wonderful. The chicken is so much better than Canes or Slim Chickens. This is the best chicken I’ve had besides making homemade tenders, which is exactly what it reminded me of. The chicken was tender and the crust/batter is crispy. Will definitely return to have again. 10/10“

“Eat at this location nearly every other Friday, and it’s usually very fast, friendly and accurate. However, Friday the 10th, this was not the case. As I didn’t recognize more than two folks, I figure there are a bunch of new hires. Large fries were less than half-full, 5-count nuggets had two that were simply bread & didn’t get the requested sauces. Since we were a dine-in customer, the issues were resolved quickly and efficiently… but had I been a drive-thru order, I might not return. Luckily, I’m sure it was a fluke, and I know they usually do a lot better, so I’ll be back. This is simply a heads up for the managers that y’all weren’t on your game today. 2/10/2023 @ 1145.“

“I’m am out in Justin Texas on bossiness today and I saw Chicken Express and I am dinning in. The restaurant and very nice and clean. I order my meal and I tell you the truth. The coleslaw is so fresh and delicious, the chicken is hot and crispy and delicious the roll is outstanding. I receive the outstanding customer service from Maggie. She is awesome and also a beautiful smile. Each customer that came in to the restroom she recognized them as they enter the restaurant. First time here and I love. I will be back hopefully soon. “Not a bad review just advice please clean your fryer that you cook your fries in because the fries keep coming out like old oil. They don’t taste good every other Chick-fil-A. I’ve tried taste good. This specific spot needs to clean their fryer so their fries don’t taste like dirty oil.“
