“First time eating at this little place. The food was really good. Bugers was delicious and the fries were crisp and soft on the inside and hot. Will definitely be going back. Less then 20min to get our food. The girl that waited on us was very friendly.“

“It had been easily 2-3 decades since the last time I was here, and this visit was not what I expected. Maybe things are the same, but my memory was of a 5-star establishment, and not the 3.5 star I experienced.
The order I placed was different than what they prepared. The taste was not bad, but it was not great either. Maybe in these three decades my taste for burgers has changed.
I thought that the burger was too small for the price. I felt that the price included, figuratively speaking, an extra for the memories.
And at the very end, when I was going to pay for my $10 tab, I was told they were going to add $2 for the credit card transaction (20% of the bill). I see a growing trend to charge 3% of the bill for a credit card transaction, but 20% is excessive.“

“Promised Mary we would write a review on fb. I’ve written a review on Google before like two years ago, but you cannot write a second one. This place is my go to spot for super delicious burgers and amazing customer service. We hadn’t been here in two years, bc we are never in the area, but the food is still AMAZING. And the customer service. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with a hello and the menu to look over the options. We were suggested sides, appetizers, and deserts. 👌🏻👌🏻 the cooks are even friendly and say hello and come around the corner as well and let you know what is good. The outdoor area is beautiful. Your employees are awesome. Fantastic small business. ❤️❤️❤️ go support them if you have not.“

“Great spot for nostalgia...
It's old school burgers with the flavor to match... but it's take out only...
I'd definitely sit down if this place had that option.
Prices are for the working man, aka affordable...“

“1st time customer and highly recommend. Couple was friendly and service was excellent. We ordered hamburger and tacos and it was delicious. My husband and I will definitely going back.“
“Smash Bros is truly one of Brownsville’s hidden gems. You can tell there’s real passion behind every burger—from the perfectly crispy edges and incredible flavor to the quality of every ingredient. The food is always fresh, hot, and made with care. Beyond the amazing food, it’s inspiring to see a locally owned business bringing something this special to the RGV. The owner genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in everything he serves—and it shows. If you haven’t tried Smash Bros yet, you’re seriously missing out. Easily one of the best smash burgers in the Valley, and a business I’ll proudly continue supporting. 🍔🔥“

“Whataburger should be completely ashamed with themselves right now. Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions. Please address this situation. Get it fixed“

“Food was fresh and warm. First time I had been to a Stars and the person helping me with my order was friendly, patient, and helpful with questions on menu options. We had lots of delicious food for 30 dollars. 2 Burger and fry combos, the delicious fried jalapenos bits (delicious) without cheese, and a delicious small avalanche with Oreos. Will support this local chain again!“

“The food is always fresh and delicious and the employees are always friendly! But, everytime we get our drinks they have very little ice so I ask for extra ice so that we can get a bit more but they fill the cup all the way to the top.. 😆 🤷🏻♀️ This past time I asked for extra ice in my drink and light ice in my husband's drink so they wouldn't give him less drink. Bad idea. I give up.“

“Been going here my whole childhood and I've loved this place to death. Love the food but everytime lately I come here this place keeps giving food poisoning despite ordering the same burger and fries I've always ordered. Still good food, just now hesitant if it's worth it.“

“There is a reason this Burger King has the highest ratings in the area. We dined in, the food came out super hot and fresh, fries were perfect, the restaurant was so clean, the workers were so friendly. This is the only Burger King we will eat at from now on. It's about 20 minutes out of our way, but worth it!“

I asked for lettuce on my burger and I DIDN'T get any added lettuce on my burger. I got a second burger that I also asked for added lettuce and there wasn't any lettuce on that burger either, so annoying.“

“Just went through on a late night snack to help keep me awake during school and started off a little annoyed because their machine wasn't picking up my voice easily, but my server Salma (according to the receipt) was super nice and we chatted about anime for a bit!
Edit: except the soda machine seems to have been broken, my dr.pepper was nothing but soda water that tasted watered down somehow xD what the food was good“
