I have anxiety, but it melted away with his charm. The mac and cheese wasn’t ready when I got there, so I was given two choices: they’d replace it with any side, or I could wait and they would make it fresh. Who doesn’t like fresh food? I was entertained while I waited, and the time flew by. Food was hot and fresh. Service was above and beyond. “Oh man! Just ate the chopped brisket sandwich. I put all three sauces they carried on it. Couldn’t decide! The original was a thinner sauce that soaked the brisket. The sweet sat on top with a quick hit of sugar, that gave way to the original. Then the spicy just married with the others so perfectly. I got a side of the cowboy corn, put some of the chopped brisket in it…. Dang!!!

“I went to Arlington to look at a potential employer. After looking them over I looked for somewhere to eat and Bodacious came up on Google maps. They had a special on sloppy Joe so I got two and some deviled eggs.
When I reached the cashier I didn't have my wallet on me. So I ran out to my car where I couldn't find it either.
I went in to apologize and they gave me my meal free. I'll definitely be back if I get the job and will send them the money if I don't.
PS. The sloppy Joe's were classic just spicy enough and the deviled eggs were delicious.

“Turning Point is one of our favorite breweries in the DFW area and we make it a point to to stop in anytime we are in the area visiting family. Having visited breweries across the US, one thing that is usually lacking in quality 99% of the time is food. I am not sure how long Godspeed has been serving up their delicious BBQ at Turning Point but the brewery should do everything they can to retain them. Godspeed has some of THE BEST brisket I have ever had in my life. It was melt in your mouth good and the bark was perfection. They have bbq sauce available but this is one of those times you should let the meat speak for itself and savor the flavor of it on its own before you douse it in sauce. I promise you will thank me later for this. Also, the beans were FANTASTIC!!! I can understand if y’all don’t want to share the recipe but they were some of the best beans I have ever had! We were hoping to find some fantastic BBQ on our visit and decided to end our at at Turning Point. Who knew we would find some of the best BBQ we have ever had in our entire lives??? The family that runs it is super friendly too. Shout out to the owner’s Dad who was so kind and generous with his time chatting us up!
