“This is the most consistent crawfish spot in town. Every time I purchase from them it’s just like the last time. The flavor/seasoning is mild/perfect. It’s not spicy but it has a LITTLE kick! They have some really good sausage as well! Customer service is great and they serve you pretty quickly! I highly recommend!“

“Hello, fabulous Floyds family!
I have been visiting Floyds for many, many years, starting with the Heights location (I believe it went from Floyds Cajun Shack to the Mardi Gras Cafe, then to Floyds Seafood). I got my parents hooked on Floyds when they moved to Pearland, and also also converted my sister (who lives in the UK). We make a point to go any time she's in town visiting. While my parents have both passed now, I am still a regular and love so many of the menu items. My weekend tradition is to visit a restaurant for lunch and read for about an hour as I eat and Floyds has always been in my rotation.
I could rave about/beg you to bring back the Akaushi steak, or ramble on about the exquisite crab bisque, or the sensational creamy crab dill salmon with asparagus, but this review is about this past Sunday's lunch experience (8/3/25). To give you some context, I recently began chemotherapy for Hodgkin's Lymphoma. What that means is that my immune system is compromised to the point that I can no longer have many of the things I usually eat at a restaurant (medium rare steak, side salads, etc.). Part of my dietary restrictions specify that any steak I order must be cooked at least medium/145 degrees.
This was my first Floyds visit since starting chemo and I was blessed to have Anna as my server. I explained how I really wanted the Wagyu steak but there were specific criteria that were necessary due to chemo. She listened to me, she heard what I was saying (especially my half-joking comment about how medium rare is the ONLY way to eat a steak), and assured me that the kitchen would be appraised of the situation. Not once did I feel like I was bothering her, being a pest, taking up too much of her time, being high maintenance, etc. She even took a phone pic of the poster in the kitchen showing the doneness levels/temperatures of steak.
When my meal arrived, Anna came back as soon as she could to assure me that the kitchen had verified the temperature before plating it, and asked if it was cooked properly (it SO was). I know it wasn't my usual medium rare steak but it still tasted absolutely amazing. I am firmly of the opinion that there were magic spices involved in the preparation of said steak.
Anna continued to swing by my table, never being intrusive, just wonderfully attentive, warm, and caring. I felt like I was dining at a friend's house, not a restaurant. I told her that she was one of the BEST servers I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and that I would ask to be seated in her section the next time I came back. This was a master class in customer service, putting the diner first, and being incredibly gracious with her time.
My hope is that Anna and her supervisor(s) get to read this and know what an amazing job she is doing. Because of her service, I can feel confident eating at Floyd's, despite my dietary restrictions/limitations, and know that my meal will be as top notch as the service.

“Customer service is friendly and fast. The representative listen to my order and offer suggested options. The food was hot and I LOVE THE BOUDIN BALLS. I'm from New Orleans and they cooked these just right with the right amount of seasoning. If you are in the area stop at the 7Spices and give it a try you can't go wrong. “We ordered for the 1st time after seeing the great reviews. We got the seafood boil and 2 lbs of extra crawfish, it was delicious and cooked perfectly!!! Their customer service was great as well, I will be a returning customer for sure!“

“Today was a nice day and I decided to go to Mikkis for my Seniors dinner. When I arrived a staff member opened the door for me. Then the lines was not jammed. My order was placed and the staff were prompt in responding. The turkey wings are fall off the bone good. The gravy is just the right consistency. The mashed potatoes are so creamy and delicious. The cabbage is fresh and sweet as candy. The yams, my goodness, can anyone do yams like this restaurant. Absolutely not. The cornbread is such a good texture, it is almost like cake. The staff has changed to a more friendly and polite team. Always enjoy my visits here.“

“Today was my third attempt at hoping to give this place another chance. Just as the two prior experiences it was horrible and the the absolute worst. It started with seating and continued to go downhill from there. The poor waitress, who by the way had only been on the job a week did her very best to try and save us from this disaster, how much can she do when she was only one of three servers working. The food was subpar at best and the think that a meal with an average price point of nearly $100 we would not have been served food to be eaten on Styrofoam plates and plastic forks. Three of four in our party ordered crab only to not be offered shell crackers or zippers, when we asked for some we were told they were locked in the office and the manager was in a meeting so she could not retrieve them! When we asked for the manager she offered an apology but confirmed this was the owner's policy, my guess is they must cost a million bucks to replace. The food was watery and luke-warm, the drinks had very little spirits and overall food was under seasoned. I beg you to NEVER wast your money or time on this place!“

“Amazing!! Rebecca the event coordinator was so professional and accommodating. She and Steve, the chef, made sure our experience was one to remember!! The food was outstanding! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone. We had a small affair catered in a family home. It was perfect!“
