However, the hosting team quickly was still able to seat us moments later at our appointed time despite my error. First, bravo. Second, goes to Ben who was authentically interested in service without being pushy. My family never worried about drink glasses being empty and food was brought so timely it could have been a symphony the way it was conducted. Third, bravo goes to the kitchen who executed consistently well throughout the night and delivered with Ben's help a birthday surprise for my girl's Sweet Sixteen. The management at Bulla deserves a lot of credit for the excellence the team performs and I love it every time I go for a meal.”

Jose provided good customer service, and the food was good. The parking lot has some areas where the concrete is being repaired. Be careful driving through here.

David answered my questions about the App, and my Gift Card. I took a previous survey, and ordered a BOGO FREE Jumbo Jack with the code. He also gave me some French Fries. Everything was good. The parking lot repairs are finished. The drive-thru is always very busy. The entire restaurant, including the bathroom, is very clean. Good people who work here + good food + good customer service that exceeded my expectations = 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Reviews! A positive shout-out to everyone who works here! “What a fantastic experience at Fords Garage in Plano we came out on a Sunday to catch their monthly car show (every first Sunday of the month) and it truly made a perfect day, classic cars, great crowd and such a fun atmosphere right in the parking lot. It really set the tone after the car show we headed inside for brunch and the whole experience was top-notch. The food was excellent definitely recommend the brunch menu on weekends the brisket, burger, and loaded tots or chicken and waffles was a highlight and everything came out fresh and perfectly cooked, the service was equally impressive, super friendly attentive without being overbearing and generally welcoming from the moment we walked in the whole place had such a cool automotive themed decor with vintage cars and gas pumps adding a unique touch to the ambience if you’re looking for somewhere fun, family, friendly, and a bit different. Ford’s Garage in Plano is absolutely worth it. Great food great people and unique experience all around. We’ll definitely be back.”

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had two waiters, both of whom checked on us regularly, even though we were the only ones outside. One of them even brought water for the puppy, which was such a thoughtful touch. The manager also stopped by several times to make sure everything was perfect, and he was incredibly friendly. We moved to Texas from Miami and have been on the hunt for a good Mofongo and this place is it. The chicken shawarma ($20) my friend ordered looked boring but was way more flavorful. The falafel appetizer ($10) tasted yum and I crumbled the falafel balls over my rice to enhance the flavor of my dish.

Service could have been better considering the place wasn’t busy but they did have considerable food pickup traffic.

Our host was John who always checked on us, and told us all the details about the food. As far as food we ordered Wagyu smash burger sliders, Asian sticky ribs, and Shrimp scampi. I don't like spicy food, and Brya Zan can prepare their food with different levels of spiciness, including none at all (my favorite). I got the fried rice with chicken. (I use chopsticks, naturally.) It was terrific! If you like your food spicy, they can prepare it that way also. YOUR choice. The place is clean and well organized. Everyone that I encountered was helpful and courteous. You can park right in front with no fuss. The bathrooms are clean also.
The only SLIGHT negative, is they have touchscreens for ordering. These are OPTIONAL. I don't like to use public touchscreens. I'm not a fan of sharing germs with the last 15 people that used it. Young people seem to like this because they don't have to talk to anyone. Being older, I don't have any problems with verbal communications. Seriously, give this terrific restaurant a try. I think you'll like it. As an added bonus, they are open until 10 PM.”

“Had a late Valentines date with my wife at Le BEEF a couple of days ago. Made a reservation because I thought it would be packed a couple days after Valentines but plenty of room. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great. Atmosphere was also very nice with the restaurant being very well decorated. The menu is prix fixe so super easy to order unless you don’t like steak, but there are other options. Very well priced as well with the meal being about ~$30 per person. The serving size is a tad bit small but should be enough for most people. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend.”

“First, despite being a long term user of OpenTable I can not make a reservation. I successfully reserved a table for 2, but not the 5 I needed for my daughter's 16th birthday. Woops. However, the hosting team quickly was still able to seat us moments later at our appointed time despite my error. First, bravo. Second, goes to Ben who was authentically interested in service without being pushy. My family never worried about drink glasses being empty and food was brought so timely it could have been a symphony the way it was conducted. Third, bravo goes to the kitchen who executed consistently well throughout the night and delivered with Ben's help a birthday surprise for my girl's Sweet Sixteen. The management at Bulla deserves a lot of credit for the excellence the team performs and I love it every time I go for a meal.”
