Made reservations for an early dinnner (4:30)and when we got there we’re told the main dinning hall doesn’t open till 5pm.
You should notify folks making reservations that they will have to sit at the tall bar table and listen to live music, close up if they book prior to 5.“

“The food and service was great! Diamond was our server and she was awesome! The proprietor of the restaurant made time to meet us even though it is a weekend night and very busy. Our favorite was the steak and shrimp pasta…so delicious ! We highly recommend the Plano location!“

“This location on the Dallas Pkwy is the example all other steak houses need to follow. Everyone, from manager Phillip, to Consuela bartendering, are just amazing. I mean EVERYONE is joyful, the food is fantastic, the steak was melt-in-mouth perfect. Service is just top notch. Kudos to the chefs, appetizers were all fantastic...just blown away at our experience at this location. Keep it up everyone, KNOW you're all amazing!“

“I just have to say, Jeff the manager was exceptionally on point as we had a family who was irritated with our happy baby. They had the audacity to approach us about the baby but she was not fussy and just happy. We complained to the manager and he moved them immediately. Can't appreciate the staff enough for our experience and our waiter Reece was amazing. Food and staff are just absolutely amazing! Thank you guys!!!! We are definitely coming back!“

“Christmas dinner was outstanding. Wait staff friendly and upbeat and very attentive. Nick (owner,manager?) was very friendly and easy to speak with. Along with our waitress, I think her name was Elisabeth? Sorry, if I am wrong, but she was terrific! She made our Christmas Day special with a special delicious dinner!“

“We dined at Del Frisco’s for Thanksgiving lunch. We’ve made reservations for holidays for many years. This was our first at the restaurant. Best service and the best steak we’ve had. Such a great experience, we will be back soon!“

“My husband and I dined here with my MIL. The 3 of us celebrated our respected wedding anniversaries because my husband and I got married on what would’ve been the 50th wedding anniversary for my in-laws. Since my FIL past away, we’ve continued to make sure he is still a big part of all of us. This means a lot to my MIL. Our whole experience at Knife Plano was incredible! We were greeted warmly as we entered and were seated. Our main server, Jason, was prompt and smooth as he catered to us. The appetizer we chose, shrimp cocktail was the best we have had. Our steak entrees were perfectly cooked and paired well with the side dish of onion rings. I ordered the salmon and would order it again without hesitation. Our dessert was crème brûlée and the portion was bigger than we’ve had at other fine dining establishments. That was delicious, too! We look forward to dining here again very soon!“
