“We love Eddie V's. The food is great, the service is great, the restaurant is gorgeous and everything is always excellent in every possible way. I had the Yellowtail Sashimi for appetizer (perfect) and the Lobster tails. My husband had the beet salad and salmon as well as their smoke Old Fashioned and some white wine to pair with the salmon. He was very happy with his meal as well. The only thing I could offer to change or improve would be if Eddie V's offered individual bottles of Pelligrino for people like me who are dieting and not drinking alcohol right now and a sugar free option that isn't berries and cream, which everyone on the planet offers, would be greatly appreciated. It is easy to make an amazing sugar free dessert and surely there are many other people who would appreciate that option. I would suggest a sugar free cheesecake option that most of your diners would be interested in - not just those on sugar free diets. Other than that, it was a fantastic evening!“

“The food and service was great! Diamond was our server and she was awesome! The proprietor of the restaurant made time to meet us even though it is a weekend night and very busy. Our favorite was the steak and shrimp pasta…so delicious ! We highly recommend the Plano location!“

“My husband and I celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary tonight at Knife and we were very pleased with the atmosphere, food and the wait staff. I had a 6oz Filet Oscar style. When I say the crab was melting in my mouth, I’m not lying. It was very good. It did not have a fishy taste to it at all. Definitely worth the $20 extra for it. We shared the creamed spinach and roasted carrots. Both were also very flavorful.“

“I normally do not review chain restaurants. The food, apps, salad and beverages were all good as usual. However, our visit was made especially great because of Christine who waited on us. She was very professional, witty, and her timing was impeccable. We asked her to give us some time to enjoy our mushrooms before ordering our main courses. She did just that and all of the good came out perfectly and we never felt rushed - as some restaurants try to do these days. Thank you Christine for making our date night very enjoyable.“

“We dined at Del Frisco’s for Thanksgiving lunch. We’ve made reservations for holidays for many years. This was our first at the restaurant. Best service and the best steak we’ve had. Such a great experience, we will be back soon!“
