“Kind of a plain little restaurant with great fried shrimp and fish. I’ve done numerous call in orders. Staff never asks your name or gives a time when it should be ready. I always have to ask that. Just tell them what you ordered when you go in and they’ll get it out pretty quick. I’d recommend for the fish and shrimp as I haven’t tried anything else.“

“I grew up going to the original location in Port Arthur. I was excited to see they had a location in Houston, Texas. I love the salt and pepper, wings and fish. I always come here when I’m catering a party because their packages are cheap fast and delicious. I hope they continue to expand some more locations in the Houston area. It always feels like a taste of home when I eat here. Also the salt pepper turkey around Thanksgiving has become a staple in my family.“

“I get my 7 piece Fried flats Chicken here. I like the way theirs are cooked. I buy the same once a month as a treat to myself and have never been sick or had bad chicken and the wife is friendly. The husband is starting to speak so that shows he's recognizing me as a regular customer 😅“
