“I come to this subway occasionally for lunch and today I wanted to try the wheat bread. After I ordered it and took a bite I realized the bread has flax seed in it and I’m allergic to flax seed. I went up and asked her if I could have a piece of white bread so I could move the meat to the white bread but she made me a new one without me asking. Her customer service is above and beyond. The little things like this go a long way.“

The bread didn't seem like it had been sitting out for several hours as it has in the past. I hope that was not a fluke!
