“Had an outstanding experience at Starbucks inside the AC Hotel Dallas Frisco. The coffee was great, but what really made this location stand out was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and genuinely made the experience feel personal. A special thank you to Sophia, who absolutely went above and beyond. After just one visit, she remembered my name and my regular order, which instantly made me feel valued as a customer. That kind of attention and care is rare and says a lot about the people working here. Excellent service like that keeps people coming back. Looking forward to many more visits!“

“The snow globe dome was an absolutely magical setting, beautifully decorated with festive Christmas décor that instantly put us in the holiday spirit. The ambiance was cozy and warm, thanks to the firepit inside, which made the experience even more enjoyable on a chilly evening. The charcuterie board was well-prepared with a great variety of meats, cheeses, and accompaniments, and the bottle of prosecco added a perfect celebratory touch. Our waitress was attentive and friendly, ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. One minor downside was that the speaker for music wasn't working, which would have added an extra layer of holiday cheer. However, even without the music, we all had a fantastic time and truly appreciated the unique and festive atmosphere. This experience is highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, elegant, and memorable holiday outing!“

“First time trying this place, we had a vanilla latte and milk ramasalai cake. Both were really good and the staff was friendly. I love the decor, the only issue is the harsh LED lighting. Wow. I imagine being here at night 😬. Overall, I like it and will be back, just during the day.“

I especially like the variety—whether you prefer something sweet and creamy or a stronger coffee flavor, there’s something for everyone. The drinks are flavorful, the service is friendly, and it’s a great place for a quick coffee stop. Definitely worth trying if you haven’t been!“

The entire staff was super pleasant. I have stayed at plenty of resorts, but the shops are always lacking in service and experience. I will be back because of service and management like this.“
