“Had an outstanding experience at Starbucks inside the AC Hotel Dallas Frisco. The coffee was great, but what really made this location stand out was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and genuinely made the experience feel personal. A special thank you to Sophia, who absolutely went above and beyond. After just one visit, she remembered my name and my regular order, which instantly made me feel valued as a customer. “We found this little coffee shop from the Dallas Love List Coffee passport and we are so impressed! We got the strawberry matcha, shakeroto and their assortment of hand pizzas. One of the best matchas I have had in all DFW. It has Just the right amount of sweet and the matcha has a deep clean flavor. Everything was delicious and flavorful!!“

“I finally tried this place out today and I got a coconut oat-milk iced matcha… IM OBSESSED, I got a medium but I wish I had gotten a large lol. I originally asked for coconut and vanilla and the lady who was taking my order asked if I wanted both and I told her I just wanted it to taste sweet so she said we could do the coconut and I can try it before adding the vanilla, which I very much appreciated because no vanilla was needed. I will be coming back because I NEED another matcha asap😂👏🏽 sorry I don’t have a photo to attach, by the time I got down the road I had already finished my drink..“

“I love this location and the staff usually but I came by Friday afternoon around 12:30 and when I had to get my order corrected from iced to hot like it was supposed to be a guy in the back genuinely mimed choking himself like it was the biggest inconvenience in the world even though he was the one that messed up the order (his female coworkers literally told him to make it hot I heard them!). It was such a rotten experience whoever that employee is needs an attitude check because you aren't invisible when you're standing 5 feet away from an open window.“
