“Chicken was hot and good. I got the special, they cook everything fresh. Anything fried you want they got! Fish, chicken fried steak, okra. But be careful they got lots of boxes of soda sitting at windows. You order at one window and pick up at another.“

“It’s almost always busy, but you still get your food relatively fast. The orders have always been accurate, and the customer service is pretty decent. The cleanliness of the dining room could use a little help, and the music is super loud.

Dietary restrictions: They offer naked chicken if you need a non-breaded chicken tender option.

Kid-friendliness: The kids meal consists of of 2 tenders, fries, and a kids sized fountain beverage. You can also get the naked chicken of your child needs a non-breaded chicken tender option.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, this location is wheelchair accessible. There’s an entry at the front of the store, and to the side of the building opposite of the drive thru window. There’s also handicap parking available.“

“Randomly found this place while looking for spot for lunch. I got the 3 pc mixed basket with fries comes with a pepper and pickle slicess. Chicken was fresh, juicy and crispy. Everything well seasoned. I'll be trying the fish next time. And not bad for the price compared to similar places nearby. Flavor is definitely better than the other chicken spots nearby.“

“Delicious! I stopped by to pick up some food on my way home and was trying somewhere new. Man! Am I glad I did. As a business owner, service is one the things that helps places stand out for good or bad. And I have to say, the service I received here was one of the best. Highly recommended!“

“People don’t realize how difficult it can be to do simple things when you drive cross country in an 18 wheeler. Tonight I was delivering to a place behind the plaza and was excited to see the restaurant as I drove past it. Once docked I walked from behind the plaza and across the lot only to find that only the drive thru was open. I was so disappointed because I’ve been turned away by many places for safety reasons of standing in a car lane.
Anyways I started to just turn and leave but decided to tell the young lady taking the drive thru orders that I can’t fit my truck through the drive thru and am so hungry. She told me not to leave she would take my order and have someone bring it out to me. I was over the moon happy. 10 hours of driving and this was my only real meal since breakfast. I wish I had gotten her name but I can tell you she was the only female outside. My order #2692007 9/13/25 @8:57pm register 52 if you can find her please thank her again for me. “Went to this Chick Fil A this afternoon and had the best service by a worker there named Josué! He was so attentive and genuinely so happy to see us. It was only a drive thru quick interaction but he greeted us very well and made the experience so welcoming. He even packed our bags and brought it to us and of course he did not forget to tell us my pleasure :) !! Would definitely go again knowing that the workers are this nice!“

“Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the wonderful chick-fil-a team at this location! We had a little incident where I unfortunately didn’t read the sign about the dining area being closed. I didn’t read the sign until after my husband dropped me off (he had to run into another store) and drove away with my cellphone 😂 both the management team and the drive-thru team was so super helpful! They even let me use my “invisible car” to place an order! Thank yall so much for being so helpful! Hopefully yall can have a good laugh about the lady who who was an hour away from home 😂 if we are ever in the area again we will definitely be making a special stop but I’ll make sure my family stays with me!“

“Courtesy is outstanding. Knowledgeable service. I wanted some greens (real, not canned) they were the real thing. Ribs were tender and not sauced (my favorite way). I WILL be back and soon to try other options. Please give them a try. Can't add a photo. I ate the food too fast.“

“Everytime I come to this Halls Chicken I am very satisfied but on Saturday it was a mix up with the food but I called and told them what happened and they told me to come back and they fixed it the problem for me and now I am very satisfied the gentleman Jacolby he was very helpful to me and they got my food together for me so now my family can be happy“

“I took two of my granddaughters to this location to eat. One of the female workers assisted my oldest granddaughter with getting straws and a cup for ice cream. The nice brought it to them at our table.

“The employees working the parking lot are friendly even though they’re working out in the hot sun. The employees at the windows are super friendly. The food was hot and delicious! Oh my and that lemonade! Yes indeed! They need to add more employees for taking the food orders! One person trying to take all those orders will not work!“
