Addison worked with us every step of the way and the the hotel blocked dozens of rooms for a discounted rate for people who wanted to stay the night. Food was great and The bartenders were awesome. I chose to not send it back as I had consumed some of it but saved it to show the waitress. When she told the manager, the manager blamed her ( the waitress). I then spoke to the manager and she would not listen and kept insisting it was the waitress who was responsible. She talked right over me, and was downright nasty.She admitted she didn’t bother to look at the burger. No customer service skills whatsoever. I was not asking for anything just explaining it was not the waitress’ fault that the kitchen didn’t cook the burger. The waitress was very concerned and apologized. She did an excellent job of customer service.“

Also ordered the bacon Cheeseburger and it was excellent. They use some kind of sweet bread for the bun and I'm pretty sure that they use 80/20 ground beef because it was very juicy.
