“I go to a lot of sandwich shops. I can literally say I've been to almost every Potbelly in the DFW area. For that matter, I've also been to Jimmy John's and to Jersey Mikes.
I do a lot of service calls for all these chains.
I will have to say that, for the most part, I was a Jersey Mike's person.
That changed today.
Ashley(the GM) and the crew made changed my mind.
The sub I got here was the best I have had since Publix (for those who are uninitiated lookem up when in Florida)
Shout out to Reilly ( she was the one to make the sandwich), and the place is always emaculate.
Very clean, very friendly. I have never seen trash or an item out of place. I live about 30 minutes away, but I will bring my family here just for the quality of service and food.

BUT.... Be careful if you are using the Tap option when paying by credit card. The card reader transitions from processing to the tip screen super fast and a tip was selected for me before I had a chance to back my card away. I imagine this happens to many and they probably don't notice unless they check their receipt“

“This is one of the worst McAlister's I've ever been to. They serve disgusting & old bread, they mess up the simpliest orders, they have terrible customer service, and they mock and laugh at their customers in front of them. We will not be going back. I can't believe that they are still in business. Shocking. I ordered a pastrami sandwich on gluten free bread. The bread was as hard as a rock and I got one slice of SALAMI instead of any pastrami. When I called to have it fixed they kept me on hold for over 30 minutes. When I called again, the worker talked crap about me to the MANAGER and they laughed about it together, then hung up on me. I never even got to tell them what was wrong. My husband had to drive back to the McAlister's to have it handled in person. Horrible establishment.“

I have gone here for years every Thursday after Tae-Kwon-Do right down the street, and I have never, and I guarantee you I never will have a problem with it! As with any restaurant, you might get a wrong order every once a month, but that is just part of the restaurant experience and not Subway's fault! Even if they do get your order wrong, they are super apologetic and offer to make a new one free! The employees are super kind and nice! After coming for a long time, I always see a smile when I walk through those doors. The food itself is wonderful! Absolutely 11/10 it is so good! I think that the employees deserve a raise. “BMV is one of my GO-TO restaurants when I want to treat myself. I have only ever ordered through Uber Eats, and am happy with my order every time. I highly recommend the Grilled Pork Vermicelli Salad- it’s like a spring roll in a bowl! Easily customizable, filling, and fresh every time. It’s the perfect summer meal. I also love the Cajun sweet potato fries and the potstickers. I plan to actually go in person sometime soon to try out some of their other offerings!“

“I am really impressed with the service I received today. I accidentally placed on online and it went to the Southlake location. When I arrived Dusty was eagered to help me. Upon our discovery, he discussed my issue with his Manager Devon. Devon immediately rectified my problem. He encouraged me to call Southlake and have them cancel my order with that location. Devon, Dusty and the staff promptly made my sandwich. That's conflict resolution or simply putting the customer first. This experience could've easily been frustrating however this crew made it a seamless mistake. “It's a subway, but that said, it's one of the nicer ones in the area. Service was quick and friendly.The only issue was they have a pretty annoying door opening chime. Yeah, first world problem, right? ?
