We get fries and onion rings to share, the rings are tasty and crisp.

We always get the fried pickles and jalapeños, our favorite appetizer.

We mostly order take out but the Resturant has a cool vibe and we like to dine in when we have time.

Tuesday nights are usually low attendance, but the staff at BIN 303 were beyond welcoming and attentive to us. It seems as if the whole staff was waiting for us, all knew about our occasion, and they went out of their way to make this evening a special one for us. The meal was spectacular in every way. Our waitress Seeli was attentive and a joy. The bar hostess was also extremely accommodating, taking good care of us while we waited for a private booth to become available. Everyone made for a perfect evening for us, one that we will never forget. As for the meal. the filets were the best we have ever had, and every side and desert made the meal unforgettable. We will be back for number 54 and 55 and 56 until we can no longer do it. Thanks again for a most memorable evening Jim and Esther Burch”

Then we tried several times sporadicly to no avail UNTIL-TODAY. Today we were VERY pleasantly surprised. The food was hot and fresh like years ago. They have a lady named Christy that is a TOTAL DOLL that comes out every few minutes with fresh, homemade, hot, buttered rolls & hot wings, blueberry cobbler, etc. She came out and asked if we’d ever tried the Bbq and I told her that we had but it was to spicy for us and she looked confused and came back with 2 ribs and a large slice of Brisket for us to try. It was delicious!!!! We were treated like family and couldn’t have been more impressed!!!! We will definitely be back & if you haven’t been in a minute- give them a try! You won’t regret it! I had a receipt but because I was a few miles down the road they wouldn’t return it, and not only that but he went on and on about how it would hurt his “record” if he returned anything, even though I had a receipt from that same day 20 miles away. He wouldn’t even return an $.80 purchase. If I just asked for 1 refund. It was a ridiculous experience. I will never go back to that store on I 35. Also that store continued to sell the stale products on his shelf, even though they were told they were stale as well. finally they didn’t ask for my number so I could get points and they clicked the button so quickly for me, I couldn’t put my phone number in so I had to return everything I bought after that and I had to re-purchase it again to get the points. So, I was there at 2 stores to buy a few things for over an hour and the worst customer service at the one on the way to Waxahachie”

“This is our second visit. I had the beef and chicken fajitas first visit was better quality beef than the 2nd, but the rest of the meal was excellent as was my daughter's taco salad.”

Ordering was fairly easy thru the True Texas BBQ app to pickup in the drive-thru. The order was ready on-time & brought out curbside to avoid having to wait in the line. 😏 super sweet worker on the drive thru speaker & brought out to my car (not sure if the same person)

Everything was still hot even after driving back home to Rowlett after pickup.

The portions were decent overall but especially good on the Loaded Brisket Chili dippers. HEB’s queso blanco is TOP TIER! I’ll make sure it’s on my regular shopping list going forward. 😋

The Texas-sized Pulled Pork sandwich was hefty & packed with flavor. Our kiddo loved the pickles and insists we will only be buying HEB pickles from now on. 😆

Brisket Birria Ramen should be a regular menu item versus limited time. I’ll be sad when it’s gone. So good, flavorful, a little kick of spice, and filling for the two of us that ate it. (We were a little skeptical/worried it would be a lot smaller but pleased with the container size)

Finally, we got the 2-meat plate with chopped brisket & poblano queso sausage. The sausage was 🔥🔥🔥 - Highly Recommend that!!

The sides we chose for the 2-meat plate were the potato salad & coleslaw. Potato salad was very tasty & the coleslaw was different but still delightfully good. I look forward to trying the other sides for future visits.

I wouldn’t say the brisket is the best I’ve ever had, however, it is very flavorful & did not disappoint. It tastes great in the brisket chili. And I would like to try it unsauced in the future to get a more “accurate” feel on how I really feel about it. I’m very picky about bbq sauces if/when I decide to use it so the brisket being sauced may be hindering my thoughts a little there.

The variety of choices we made cost less than a family pack & easily fed a family of 4 getting to try multiple menu offerings. Will definitely have again.”

All Chipotles have ugly corrugated metal and wooden decor that reverberates every sound and turns the place into an auditory nightmare. Sudden Chipotle cravings are the number one reason I carry earplugs at all times.”
