The tacos were packed with great ingredients, but the real standout was the queso (first time trying it) — it was basically liquid gold. Creamy, rich, and just the right amount of spice without being too much. So good it will now become an addition to my regular order ( beef chimichuri , chicken tikka & guacamole)! The service was also excellent, friendly, attentive, and helpful. We really appreciated the recommendation to try the queso because it ended up being one of the best parts of the meal. Great food, great service, and definitely a place worth coming back to!”

“I HAD one of the worst days I have experienced in a long time, I came in, disheveled, red eyes, overheated due to the sun and let's say I had to go somewhere medically beforehand. I just wanted to run in order something to go and go home. Finally I get to eat today. I'm usually dressed well and not a complete and total mess. I was wearing some pretty old clothing. I didn't even know what I wanted but I still got my food, no judgement from anyone, [there was a lot of random customers staring at me] greysin or graysin took my to go order with no judgement, was very kind to me, was very knowledgeable on the menu and I just want to say from the bottom of my heart. Thank you all there at olive garden. The food was great but you all at the end of the day were amazing and stayed human. Im well off so ill be coming back here once my wife gets better. And we will be dining with you guys for as long as we are in the area.”

First - I have never had a burger that was so hot!

I got a pint of custard to go because I was so full I couldn’t breathe, but the burger was so good I couldn’t make myself stop eating it. Oreo Cheesecake custard is A+++.

“March 2025 We chose this place for out 53rd wedding anniversary. We have had excellent meals here in the past for special occasions but tonight was beyond expectations. Tuesday nights are usually low attendance, but the staff at BIN 303 were beyond welcoming and attentive to us. It seems as if the whole staff was waiting for us, all knew about our occasion, and they went out of their way to make this evening a special one for us. The meal was spectacular in every way. Our waitress Seeli was attentive and a joy. The bar hostess was also extremely accommodating, taking good care of us while we waited for a private booth to become available. Everyone made for a perfect evening for us, one that we will never forget. As for the meal. the filets were the best we have ever had, and every side and desert made the meal unforgettable. We will be back for number 54 and 55 and 56 until we can no longer do it. Thanks again for a most memorable evening Jim and Esther Burch”

“They had candy bars on”sale” but they were stale…when I tried to return some later that day at the one on I 35 between Dallas and Waxahachie I had a horrible experience with that MOD there. I had a receipt but because I was a few miles down the road they wouldn’t return it, and not only that but he went on and on about how it would hurt his “record” if he returned anything, even though I had a receipt from that same day 20 miles away. He wouldn’t even return an $.80 purchase. If I just asked for 1 refund. It was a ridiculous experience. I will never go back to that store on I 35. Also that store continued to sell the stale products on his shelf, even though they were told they were stale as well. finally they didn’t ask for my number so I could get points and they clicked the button so quickly for me, I couldn’t put my phone number in so I had to return everything I bought after that and I had to re-purchase it again to get the points. So, I was there at 2 stores to buy a few things for over an hour and the worst customer service at the one on the way to Waxahachie”

He was checking on our table, checking on other tables, making sure everyone had what they needed, cleaning up, and still somehow finding time to talk to people and make them feel welcome.

What really stood out was that he wasn’t just checking on people because it was his job. He genuinely seemed to care if everyone was having a good experience. Every time he walked by, he was looking around to see if someone needed something. I’m pretty sure if someone across the restaurant even thought about needing a refill, Brian already knew.

The food was great, but service like that is what makes you want to come back. Brian definitely deserves some recognition. Give this man a raise… or at least a lifetime supply of ShackBurgers.”
