We mostly order take out but the Resturant has a cool vibe and we like to dine in when we have time.

“March 2025 We chose this place for out 53rd wedding anniversary. We have had excellent meals here in the past for special occasions but tonight was beyond expectations. Tuesday nights are usually low attendance, but the staff at BIN 303 were beyond welcoming and attentive to us. It seems as if the whole staff was waiting for us, all knew about our occasion, and they went out of their way to make this evening a special one for us. The meal was spectacular in every way. Our waitress Seeli was attentive and a joy. The bar hostess was also extremely accommodating, taking good care of us while we waited for a private booth to become available. Everyone made for a perfect evening for us, one that we will never forget. As for the meal. the filets were the best we have ever had, and every side and desert made the meal unforgettable. We will be back for number 54 and 55 and 56 until we can no longer do it. Thanks again for a most memorable evening Jim and Esther Burch”

“Really enjoyed my visit to The Brass Tap in Rockwall! We were there for a networking event. The customer service was great—everyone was super friendly, welcoming, and very attentive the entire time. The drinks were good and came out quickly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and fun. There are plenty of TVs all around, so it’s an awesome spot to catch a game or hang out with friends.

“I ordered through grub hub so I can't rate atmosphere. I ordered the socal fries with carne asada. OMG! Let me tell you....the carne was juicy flavorful and really brought the plate together. The curly fries were perfectly fried. I also added the queso and avocado ranch. The order came quicker than expected which was kinda cool. The serving size is abundant. You will get full! The price is worth the meal. I was born and raised in socal and carne asada fries were a thing however I don't remember them ever being close to tasting as good as these babies! I'm impressed.
I will be making it a point to go into the establishment so I can try some more of what's offered here and give yall an actual rating for atmosphere ;)”

They have a lady named Christy that is a TOTAL DOLL that comes out every few minutes with fresh, homemade, hot, buttered rolls & hot wings, blueberry cobbler, etc. She came out and asked if we’d ever tried the Bbq and I told her that we had but it was to spicy for us and she looked confused and came back with 2 ribs and a large slice of Brisket for us to try. It was delicious!!!! We were treated like family and couldn’t have been more impressed!!!! We will definitely be back & if you haven’t been in a minute- give them a try! You won’t regret it! “They had candy bars on”sale” but they were stale…when I tried to return some later that day at the one on I 35 between Dallas and Waxahachie I had a horrible experience with that MOD there. I had a receipt but because I was a few miles down the road they wouldn’t return it, and not only that but he went on and on about how it would hurt his “record” if he returned anything, even though I had a receipt from that same day 20 miles away. He wouldn’t even return an $.80 purchase. If I just asked for 1 refund. It was a ridiculous experience. I will never go back to that store on I 35. Also that store continued to sell the stale products on his shelf, even though they were told they were stale as well. finally they didn’t ask for my number so I could get points and they clicked the button so quickly for me, I couldn’t put my phone number in so I had to return everything I bought after that and I had to re-purchase it again to get the points. So, I was there at 2 stores to buy a few things for over an hour and the worst customer service at the one on the way to Waxahachie”

“Just happened to see this place while I was looking at my map app and decided to try it. If you blink you will pass the place because it looks like it's connected to their house. Almost like they turned the garage into a pizza place.

“This has been the best experience at a Chili's I've ever had and it was because of our waitress named Lisa! I highly recommend you eat here and ask for her! If waitressing was an Olympic category she would bring home the Gold Medal for team U.S.A.! Her timing is quick and precise! “I can’t speak to the food. I only get coffee here. It is delicious. Book Club Cafe is great place to have a wind-down-cuppa. Quite and spacious yet somehow intimate. They roast the beans themselves. They do a great job. They make their own syrups themselves in house.
House coffee is very satisfying. For an extra 20p it’s bottomless so you can sit and drink all day … or until you go into a caffeinated coma.

“Save your money, this is the worst tasting barbeque I have ever experienced. Two people dinner and drinks 42.00. Their barbeque is tasteless. stick to your locals, they know how to do BBQ right. Never again will I spend a dime in a chain restaurant. To make matters worse, the employees were like robots, cold and unfriendly until you got to the cashier who was delighted to take your money. This review is for the newly established restaurant in Mabank, Tx. They wont last.”

Ordering was fairly easy thru the True Texas BBQ app to pickup in the drive-thru. The order was ready on-time & brought out curbside to avoid having to wait in the line. 😏 super sweet worker on the drive thru speaker & brought out to my car (not sure if the same person)

Everything was still hot even after driving back home to Rowlett after pickup.

The portions were decent overall but especially good on the Loaded Brisket Chili dippers. HEB’s queso blanco is TOP TIER! I’ll make sure it’s on my regular shopping list going forward. 😋

The Texas-sized Pulled Pork sandwich was hefty & packed with flavor. Our kiddo loved the pickles and insists we will only be buying HEB pickles from now on. 😆

Brisket Birria Ramen should be a regular menu item versus limited time. I’ll be sad when it’s gone. So good, flavorful, a little kick of spice, and filling for the two of us that ate it. (We were a little skeptical/worried it would be a lot smaller but pleased with the container size)

Finally, we got the 2-meat plate with chopped brisket & poblano queso sausage. The sausage was 🔥🔥🔥 - Highly Recommend that!!

The sides we chose for the 2-meat plate were the potato salad & coleslaw. Potato salad was very tasty & the coleslaw was different but still delightfully good. I look forward to trying the other sides for future visits.

I wouldn’t say the brisket is the best I’ve ever had, however, it is very flavorful & did not disappoint. It tastes great in the brisket chili. And I would like to try it unsauced in the future to get a more “accurate” feel on how I really feel about it. I’m very picky about bbq sauces if/when I decide to use it so the brisket being sauced may be hindering my thoughts a little there.

The variety of choices we made cost less than a family pack & easily fed a family of 4 getting to try multiple menu offerings. Will definitely have again.”

“I have been coming to this Schlotzsky’s for 10+ years and can honestly say I love the fresh buns that are made daily and my go to is the Bacon Beefy Smokey cheesy on jalapeño bread paired with jalapeños chips and a coke! 10/10 for sure. “I placed an order for delivery in mesquite and the system changed it to the same address but in terrell. I call what I thought was this location but it was actually the customer service line and the way both ladies handled the issue is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 1. They fixed the issue at no inconvenience to me and tried to intercept the order before it went out.
Now to the negative....why in the hell does tiffs treats use uber eats yet has no way to contact the driver. I don't use 3rd party delivery services however if you're going to do it at least have a way of contacting the driver. I live in Royse City and drove to terrell to see if I could meet the driver but there wasn't a way for the ladies to communicate that with the driver. Other than that, like I said, the 2 customer service ladies I talked to (1st one tried to stop the delivery and the 2nd one I called to tell her the address doesn't exist) both did their very best at trying to resolve the issue and I really appreciate that.

Edit: I'm changing my star rating because what service corporate uses for delivery isn't the location's fault. Everyone's customer service has been great.”

We usually spend around $45 for 3, the chicken dishes come in large containers very good portions to share with kids. We always have leftovers.”

We got some spring rolls and Vietnamese coffee and they were really good. Our waitresses Joy was helpful and had a cute smile on her face everytime she comes by to check on us. Vanessa was really fun and easy to talk to. I enjoyed my visit here and will come again soon.”

“I would like to publicly commend Angel Lopez Mgr. for his kindness and generosity after my family experienced an unexpected Covid related emergency. Mr. Lopez safely ministered to my needs and even gave me his personal phone charger so I could keep in contact with my family member who had to be left alone in the hospital emergency and was also admitted with a very serious illness. I am thankful to report that my child is recovering and is now doing better. Angel was a real Angel to me and I thank God for him and his awesome team for showing me such much brotherly love!
