“March 2025 We chose this place for out 53rd wedding anniversary. We have had excellent meals here in the past for special occasions but tonight was beyond expectations. Tuesday nights are usually low attendance, but the staff at BIN 303 were beyond welcoming and attentive to us. It seems as if the whole staff was waiting for us, all knew about our occasion, and they went out of their way to make this evening a special one for us. The meal was spectacular in every way. Our waitress Seeli was attentive and a joy. The bar hostess was also extremely accommodating, taking good care of us while we waited for a private booth to become available. Everyone made for a perfect evening for us, one that we will never forget. As for the meal. the filets were the best we have ever had, and every side and desert made the meal unforgettable. We will be back for number 54 and 55 and 56 until we can no longer do it. Thanks again for a most memorable evening Jim and Esther Burch”

We mostly order take out but the Resturant has a cool vibe and we like to dine in when we have time.

I tried the spicy tuna roll and the lobster cooked roll, and they were both amazing. The spicy tuna roll had a great balance of heat and fresh flavor, and the lobster roll was packed with rich, delicious bites. You can tell they really know what they’re doing in the kitchen.

“I ordered through grub hub so I can't rate atmosphere. I ordered the socal fries with carne asada. OMG! Let me tell you....the carne was juicy flavorful and really brought the plate together. The curly fries were perfectly fried. I also added the queso and avocado ranch. The order came quicker than expected which was kinda cool. The serving size is abundant. You will get full! The price is worth the meal. I was born and raised in socal and carne asada fries were a thing however I don't remember them ever being close to tasting as good as these babies! I'm impressed.
I will be making it a point to go into the establishment so I can try some more of what's offered here and give yall an actual rating for atmosphere ;)”

“They had candy bars on”sale” but they were stale…when I tried to return some later that day at the one on I 35 between Dallas and Waxahachie I had a horrible experience with that MOD there. I had a receipt but because I was a few miles down the road they wouldn’t return it, and not only that but he went on and on about how it would hurt his “record” if he returned anything, even though I had a receipt from that same day 20 miles away. He wouldn’t even return an $.80 purchase. If I just asked for 1 refund. It was a ridiculous experience. I will never go back to that store on I 35. Also that store continued to sell the stale products on his shelf, even though they were told they were stale as well. finally they didn’t ask for my number so I could get points and they clicked the button so quickly for me, I couldn’t put my phone number in so I had to return everything I bought after that and I had to re-purchase it again to get the points. So, I was there at 2 stores to buy a few things for over an hour and the worst customer service at the one on the way to Waxahachie”

Since 2016, I’ve been hoping for a spot that checks all the boxes—great food, solid service, a chill atmosphere, and a menu that doesn’t force you to pick between taste and your cholesterol. To make sure it wasn’t a fluke, I ate there four times this week. You know, for research. It’s only 2 miles from my house, which is both a blessing and a threat to my wallet. The menu? Eclectic and actually healthy—real, flavorful options that don’t feel like you’re being punished for trying to eat clean. The vibe is modern and fresh, with a light “Couchman-style” house beat playing—loud enough to catch a groove, soft enough to hold a conversation. Although I don’t drink, they’ve got a fully stocked bar if you’re into that day-drinking lifestyle. Mimosas for the win, no judgment here. Shoutout to Maddie, who served me 2 of the 4 times I went. Young, friendly, and totally on point—she knew the menu, offered great recs, and made the whole experience even better. Service across the board was consistent. Also worth noting: the male servers all look like they could moonlight as personal trainers or possibly perform at LaBare. I’m not saying they do… I’m just saying they could. All in all, this place has every ingredient to become a Forney favorite, if not a full-blown local legend.”

“I can’t speak to the food. I only get coffee here. It is delicious. Book Club Cafe is great place to have a wind-down-cuppa. Quite and spacious yet somehow intimate. They roast the beans themselves. They do a great job. They make their own syrups themselves in house.
House coffee is very satisfying. For an extra 20p it’s bottomless so you can sit and drink all day … or until you go into a caffeinated coma.

“I placed an order for delivery in mesquite and the system changed it to the same address but in terrell. I call what I thought was this location but it was actually the customer service line and the way both ladies handled the issue is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 1. They fixed the issue at no inconvenience to me and tried to intercept the order before it went out.
Now to the negative....why in the hell does tiffs treats use uber eats yet has no way to contact the driver. I don't use 3rd party delivery services however if you're going to do it at least have a way of contacting the driver. I live in Royse City and drove to terrell to see if I could meet the driver but there wasn't a way for the ladies to communicate that with the driver. Other than that, like I said, the 2 customer service ladies I talked to (1st one tried to stop the delivery and the 2nd one I called to tell her the address doesn't exist) both did their very best at trying to resolve the issue and I really appreciate that.

Edit: I'm changing my star rating because what service corporate uses for delivery isn't the location's fault. Everyone's customer service has been great.”

We always order takeout, typically pickup but sometime have them deliver. typical pickup time is ready in 15-20 minutes.

delivery is usually between 30-45 minutes.

We usually spend around $45 for 3, the chicken dishes come in large containers very good portions to share with kids. We always have leftovers.”
