“March 2025 We chose this place for out 53rd wedding anniversary. We have had excellent meals here in the past for special occasions but tonight was beyond expectations. Tuesday nights are usually low attendance, but the staff at BIN 303 were beyond welcoming and attentive to us. It seems as if the whole staff was waiting for us, all knew about our occasion, and they went out of their way to make this evening a special one for us. The meal was spectacular in every way. Our waitress Seeli was attentive and a joy. The bar hostess was also extremely accommodating, taking good care of us while we waited for a private booth to become available. Everyone made for a perfect evening for us, one that we will never forget. As for the meal. the filets were the best we have ever had, and every side and desert made the meal unforgettable. We will be back for number 54 and 55 and 56 until we can no longer do it. Thanks again for a most memorable evening Jim and Esther Burch”

I tried the spicy tuna roll and the lobster cooked roll, and they were both amazing. The spicy tuna roll had a great balance of heat and fresh flavor, and the lobster roll was packed with rich, delicious bites. You can tell they really know what they’re doing in the kitchen.

The curly fries were perfectly fried. I also added the queso and avocado ranch. The order came quicker than expected which was kinda cool. The serving size is abundant. You will get full! The price is worth the meal. I was born and raised in socal and carne asada fries were a thing however I don't remember them ever being close to tasting as good as these babies! I'm impressed.

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by a young man who not only welcomed us but also took the time to explain the menu and walk us through everything since it was our first visit. He then promptly jumped into action—cleaning tables and helping out in the kitchen, which showed real dedication.

Vandy rang us up at the register and was just as wonderful—friendly, professional, and full of energy. She explained the rewards program with a bright smile and made us feel genuinely appreciated as customers.

The food was served quickly, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious!

We’ve definitely been missing out on this place, but this location’s exceptional customer service took the whole experience to another level. We’ll absolutely be back!”

Today they brought a slice of their homemade deep dish pizza (yet to be introduced to the daily menu) and asked for my opinion. Of COURSE, it was EXCELLENT! Also the staff is the main reason why I keep coming back! The whole staff is always working so hard, my favorite member of the team is Rheagan, every time I walk in I always get the friendliest greeting with a smile! She gave me the best cocktail suggestions and was very attentive to me and my table every time I come in it’s always 5 star service. Always checking on her tables and making sure everybody is good! Eclectic and actually healthy—real, flavorful options that don’t feel like you’re being punished for trying to eat clean. The vibe is modern and fresh, with a light “Couchman-style” house beat playing—loud enough to catch a groove, soft enough to hold a conversation. Although I don’t drink, they’ve got a fully stocked bar if you’re into that day-drinking lifestyle. Mimosas for the win, no judgment here. Shoutout to Maddie, who served me 2 of the 4 times I went. Young, friendly, and totally on point—she knew the menu, offered great recs, and made the whole experience even better. Service across the board was consistent. “I can’t speak to the food. I only get coffee here. It is delicious. Book Club Cafe is great place to have a wind-down-cuppa. Quite and spacious yet somehow intimate. They roast the beans themselves. They do a great job. They make their own syrups themselves in house.
House coffee is very satisfying. For an extra 20p it’s bottomless so you can sit and drink all day … or until you go into a caffeinated coma.

“They had candy bars on”sale” but they were stale…when I tried to return some later that day at the one on I 35 between Dallas and Waxahachie I had a horrible experience with that MOD there. I had a receipt but because I was a few miles down the road they wouldn’t return it, and not only that but he went on and on about how it would hurt his “record” if he returned anything, even though I had a receipt from that same day 20 miles away. He wouldn’t even return an $.80 purchase. If I just asked for 1 refund. It was a ridiculous experience. I will never go back to that store on I 35. Also that store continued to sell the stale products on his shelf, even though they were told they were stale as well. finally they didn’t ask for my number so I could get points and they clicked the button so quickly for me, I couldn’t put my phone number in so I had to return everything I bought after that and I had to re-purchase it again to get the points. So, I was there at 2 stores to buy a few things for over an hour and the worst customer service at the one on the way to Waxahachie”

“I was a little skeptic at first due to some of the reviews, but to my surprise the food was good but the service was not that great (I was totally Ignored by a Blonde waitress). I had a large beef Pho. The atmosphere was great, good memories from my trip to Vietnam. The first table was dirty and I had to move to a different table with no silverware. After being ignored by Karen, I had to get up to find a different table to get a fork and a spoon. I can’t complain about the price since unfortunately I am living with hillbilly’s here in Rockwall and would need to drive to Richardson for better tasting and better priced pho.”
