“I went to the Hawaiian Brothers in Rowlett and as always I was blown away by the service and the food. I spoke with one of the managers and her name is Tangie and she was awesome. Her knowledge of the food and the menu was absolutely amazing. So I just wanted to give an outstanding recommendation to anyone who would like to try the Hawaiian culture and it's amazing food. Thank you Ms. Tangie for sharing your knowledge and for giving me a wonderful experience.”

“Drizl Coffee is a beautiful local coffee shop with great coffee.

I first heard about Drizl Coffee a couple of years ago but never made my way in until recently when I was searching for a unique venue to host my daughter's Naming Ceremony. Nora, the owner, was so easy to work with and accommodating. She provided my party with its own barista and allowed me to come in early to setup. Madison, the barista, was so attentively watched for my guest to arrive so she could attend to them. My event couldn't have run as smoothly as it did without Nora's generosity.

We had a short menu which included some of the signature drinks: caramel de leche, biscoff latte, biscoff matcha, and krunchoco. They were all delicious with caramel de Leche being my favorite.

Thank you Nora and Madison for helping us celebrate my daughter.

The team is wonderful to work with, from the front desk staff to the dentists. They are friendly, patient with the kids, and thorough. They have been helpful in navigating insurance issues and sensitive when dealing with pediatric dental issues. We recommend them to everyone we know!”

Mind you, it was right in the middle of the lunch rush and the parking lot was completely full. I called while I was on my way, and even though the food was already made, the staff was incredibly accommodating and updated the whole order for me. “I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today. “First really great fresh American Chinese food I have had here in Texas. The meat dumplings are light and delicious. They have chicken chow mein which is a rare find and this food. The meat is fresh and they cook in front of you.

I've enjoyed the Hot Turkish Coffee with cardamom syrup, the Mexican coffee with cinnamon and the iced horchata coffee. Great local vibe. Limited indoor seating but plentiful outdoor seating so I look forward to enjoying more coffee al fresco now that spring is here. Don't leave without a loaf of their sourdough bread. I ate a whole loaf by myself in a week. So delicious!”

“My daughter’s wedding was last weekend. Lakeview Bakery created the wedding cake and groom’s cake…and both were a huge hit! She created the coolest Fortnite themed cake for the groom that looked incredible and tasted great. The wedding cake was three tiered, delicious, and beautiful. Delivery and setup made the day a breeze.”

“I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food places unless its negative experience or even eat out much but I’ve had Wingstop a handful of times before and have often been disappointed with the timeliness, order accuracy, or freshness. This location completely changed that for me.
My order was ready right on time, the boneless wings were hot, crispy, and perfectly coated in sauce, and the cheese fries were fresh and not soggy at all. Everything was exactly how it should be.
This experience really exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Staff were friendly. Great job to this location!”

However, since the bag switchover from cup for the fries (which I can agree with the company's stance concerning), the "generous" portion of fries in the bag are not as generous, IMO, at least not in my area franchises.”

I just moved back here after being gone for 6 years, and this kind of energy and vibe that I got from them at this location in Rowlett, is the reason that I love Rowlett and the reason I love Dallas so much. “I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jiselle (Gizelle?) at the Lakeview location. All 3 of my kids have birthdays this week and their one meal ask was for CFA. Jiselle was immediately welcoming to us, brought the kids coloring pages and toys and checked on us frequently. 2 things that stood out to me the most about her was that she spoke to each of my kids like they were a friend, and I even noticed how she would jump in and help other employees without being asked. My oldest was persistent in telling someone that it was her birthday and she (despite being a very shy child) felt comfortable enough to tell Jiselle and Jiselle was sweet enough to bring her a special birthday toy. I work in an environment where client experience is our top priority and Jiselle is an employee that anyone should feel lucky to have. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening dining with you all!”

We ordered the Botana con Camarón y Pulpo but requested the cooked shrimp because of a dietary restriction and the owner was more than happy to help and offer suggestions. The snack options are great but I have to say the family recipe with which the seafood plates are made takes you straight to Mexico. We will be back to try more!”
