“Maaan can’t even begin! Finally made the trip to see Nikki and the fam, just beyond. Warm and treated like family the whole time. Stopped in to try the catfish plate and get some of them Sweet Potato Thangs! Ended up walking out with 5 bags between plates and sweets. First, the catfish, a solid 8.7/10 crispy breading, SEASONED! Second, them chicken wings, while I did not personally have them, the kids were quiet and smackin the whole time and said they were just as good as their Nana’s chicken and that’s the best chicken we’ve ever had so I’ll say it was highly rated as well. Just know them Thangs, are THE THANG for a reason. For someone who does not care for sweet potato pie, that thang was delicious. Try the pickles, too! The cherry pickles were my personal fave and I’ve never been one to try the kool-aid pickle trend.”

“Awesome addition to downtown Rowlett. excellent pastries (huge variety) and breads. Fabulous coffee with house made syrups. They offer some unique coffee creations. I've enjoyed the Hot Turkish Coffee with cardamom syrup, the Mexican coffee with cinnamon and the iced horchata coffee. Great local vibe. Limited indoor seating but plentiful outdoor seating so I look forward to enjoying more coffee al fresco now that spring is here. Don't leave without a loaf of their sourdough bread. I ate a whole loaf by myself in a week. So delicious!”

Flavors, portions, and prices are just perfect. We highly recommend this small spot for a delicious pizza and calzone, which is what we had.”

I had to drink a cucumber limeade , and to eat I got spring rolls , crispy dumplings and the eye of round beef pho . Spring rolls were not the best I’ve had the pork was a little strange it reminded me of deli meat . Dumplings though were amazing I’ll just get those next time they were a 10/10 . The beef broth was absolutely amazing , the beef though was very tough almost over cooked I believe the beef should be a little bit more tender , maybe next time I’ll ask for the beef raw on the side and I’ll put it in myself to cook while I’m eating it . They were so busy I got my drink close to the end of my meal , but no complaints it was very pleasant I just took it home . Like I said if they are busy just please be patient they will get to you and get your order right ! It’s worth it I promise .”

My first time going to the dentist was when I turned 18 and I took myself, it was a traumatic experience for me with mistakes being made. So needless to say, every dentist appointment, I'm a little anxious, but this dentistry was one of the most considerate and informative dentists I've ever been to. The whole staff was so kind and explained everything so plain. I'll definitely stick with them!”

But I just wanted to say this gentleman name Albert literally just gave me the best Whataburger experience I’ve ever had in life. The food was literally amazing and it was all from him. Please give this man the proper treatment he deserves a raise or something cause that was more than just a good experience. It was the best dang fast food meal ive ever had cant stress that enough. “I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today. On top of the fantastic service you can always get a delicious bite to eat. The pizza is delicious, but I'm a sucker for the grilled cheese. If you're into weekly food specials, I suggest going on Sunday where they offer a new item not on their menu. It's always something different and never seems to disappoint. Absolutely recommended this place.”

“Crab and shrimp boil were decent . The shrimp and scallop in butter was a pleasant surprise . I didn’t think by the looks I would enjoy it but it was great and loved the steamed veggies. Hush puppies were just ok . Didn’t care for the combination rice . The chicken was too tough .

“Awesome addition to downtown Rowlett. excellent pastries (huge variety) and breads. Fabulous coffee with house made syrups. They offer some unique coffee creations. I've enjoyed the Hot Turkish Coffee with cardamom syrup, the Mexican coffee with cinnamon and the iced horchata coffee. Great local vibe. Limited indoor seating but plentiful outdoor seating so I look forward to enjoying more coffee al fresco now that spring is here. Don't leave without a loaf of their sourdough bread. I ate a whole loaf by myself in a week. So delicious!”

“My family and I are longtime fans of the Chili’s chain but our favorite Chili’s is this one in Rowlett! Service is always good and the staff t friendly! We love the takeout service as well… never disappoints! I’m craving a Margarita right now! 😀😳”

“On a Sunday night I sat at the bar for chicken and beer (Honey Glazed) and chicken to go (Fiesta Lime). Both were very tasty, but the bar music was outrageously loud, causing everyone to constantly scream at each other -- outrageously loud x2.”

“Love their food products here. The staff is hard working, polite and ready to help. The last several times I've been there the young man working the counter at the produce check out was Extremely Nice and a Pleasure to meet.

“Unfortunately the a/c at this location was out so it was pretty darn hot. But I just wanted to say this gentleman name Albert literally just gave me the best Whataburger experience I’ve ever had in life. The food was literally amazing and it was all from him. Please give this man the proper treatment he deserves a raise or something cause that was more than just a good experience. It was the best dang fast food meal ive ever had cant stress that enough. Albert if you’re reading this by any chance thank you so much for that I will definitely be back! If I go back and he doesn’t know anything about my comment I’ll take it to corporate cause people need to know how amazing this was. That’s all folks”

Her knowledge of the food and the menu was absolutely amazing. So I just wanted to give an outstanding recommendation to anyone who would like to try the Hawaiian culture and it's amazing food.
