“I went to the Hawaiian Brothers in Rowlett and as always I was blown away by the service and the food. I spoke with one of the managers and her name is Tangie and she was awesome. Her knowledge of the food and the menu was absolutely amazing. So I just wanted to give an outstanding recommendation to anyone who would like to try the Hawaiian culture and it's amazing food. Thank you Ms. Tangie for sharing your knowledge and for giving me a wonderful experience.”

“Went there last night, awesome service, amazing food, the stuffed mushrooms were off the chart, along with our entrees! Staff made you feel like you were in Italy. Best Italian I have ever eaten. Hopefully we can get back out that way again soon!! Might have to have dessert the next time!!”

Having grown up just outside of Philly, I’ve been in Texas since I was 12 years old, I’ve been on the quest to find the best Philly Cheesesteak in Texas, and I think Cheesesteak House is quite possibly the best! I get the Biscoff Latte! 😋 Lots of seating, love coming with Family & is Kid Friendly, My ASD Son loves it here they always are so nice and make him his own chocolate milk “coffee” — he asks to come back all the time! Always a great experience and the pastries are also so yummy! 🫶🏼 ☕️ 🥐 (ate the pastries before could get a pic 😋)”

“Stumbled across this hidden jewel of a restaurant a couple of months back in 2025. Had the mushroom burger so good. I have purchased three more burgers since I found this place. The ladies are very friendly. Normally I get my burgers from Chilis I haven't had their burgers since I found this place.”

“I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today. I've enjoyed the Hot Turkish Coffee with cardamom syrup, the Mexican coffee with cinnamon and the iced horchata coffee. Great local vibe. Limited indoor seating but plentiful outdoor seating so I look forward to enjoying more coffee al fresco now that spring is here. Don't leave without a loaf of their sourdough bread. I ate a whole loaf by myself in a week. So delicious!”

“My daughter’s wedding was last weekend. Lakeview Bakery created the wedding cake and groom’s cake…and both were a huge hit! She created the coolest Fortnite themed cake for the groom that looked incredible and tasted great. The wedding cake was three tiered, delicious, and beautiful. Delivery and setup made the day a breeze.”

Their food is so friggan good!! The staff is awesome too!! I have no idea what their drink specials are because I don’t drink, we get the food!! Their chicken fried steak& chicken dinners are so good! My husband loves their BLT which comes on Texas toast. I love their chicken Philly! Their tator tots are delicious and so is their home made mashed potatoes! We get our food to go but they seem to have ample seating.”

However, since the bag switchover from cup for the fries (which I can agree with the company's stance concerning), the "generous" portion of fries in the bag are not as generous, IMO, at least not in my area franchises.”

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jiselle (Gizelle?) at the Lakeview location. All 3 of my kids have birthdays this week and their one meal ask was for CFA. Jiselle was immediately welcoming to us, brought the kids coloring pages and toys and checked on us frequently. 2 things that stood out to me the most about her was that she spoke to each of my kids like they were a friend, and I even noticed how she would jump in and help other employees without being asked. My oldest was persistent in telling someone that it was her birthday and she (despite being a very shy child) felt comfortable enough to tell Jiselle and Jiselle was sweet enough to bring her a special birthday toy. I work in an environment where client experience is our top priority and Jiselle is an employee that anyone should feel lucky to have. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening dining with you all!”

“I am a 100% Disabled Veteran, this store treats me like a king knowing I am disabled. I can order and have my military aid pick up my food. Always hot and everybody very pleasant and helps us order and I use TMobil offers. It’s hard for me to see and the manager personally Jonathan waits on me hand and foot. Makes my eating experience very comfortable since I lost use of both. He met my Care Taker so they know when I order it’s for me and they recommended this last week sweet and spicy wings that were my new favorite and chicken breast cook perfect every time. I rate the from one to ten a twelve. I not only eat there recommend them as a good old fashion place where everybody knows your name. Thank you Jonathan for a great eating experience.”

“I feel like Applebee's has come a long way in the past 15 years, which is probably the gap in patronage. The food quality is significantly better than what I remember, they have a huge drink selection at amazing prices. My fiance and I go here with our 18 month old son. The staff is always very nice and accommodating, the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, and they have a kids menu and always great specials and deals for entrees and apps. If you haven't been to an Applebee's in a few years, I'd recommend giving them another try.”
