“We drove in from San Antonio to visit Lindy owner of Southern Grace store also in downtown Royce City. Lindy mentioned we should go over to Joe’s Meat Market. We had lunch & found our favorite sausage. We’ll be back. 👍“

“The eggs are always perfect, the French toast is magnificent, the bacon and sausage are exemplary! All that being said the service surpasses your wildest expectations! I highly recommend 10 out of 10! The only reason I gave it four stars for atmosphere is it’s a little bit noisy, but I still wouldn’t hold that against them!“

“Traveled 986 miles and this was the best recommendation from locals for a quick breakfast. Clean, affordable, delicious. The staff was super accommodating to our daughter and kind. Will be back, keep doing what you’re doing.

“Great local Boba place! I dont have to drive all the way into greenville or rockwall for Boba anymore. The drinks were fantastic and the service was friendly. I did, however, find the menu to be a little confusing with sparse descriptions and I had to ask a lot of questions to decipher what I wanted... but overall, a great experience with quality Boba products.“
