“I ORDERED THE RIBEYE AND THE WAITER JUST SCREAMED IN LOWERCASE FOR FIVE MINUTES BEFORE DROPPING OFF A GREY SLAB OF DESPAIR THAT TASTED LIKE A TIRED BATTERY. THE BROCCOLI WAS ACTIVELY WEEPING. I AM PRETTY SURE THE MARGARITA WAS JUST BLUE GATORADE AND PURE WINDEX. I ATE IT ALL WHILE MAKING UNBLINKING EYE CONTACT WITH A CARDBOARD CUTOUT OF GUY FIERI. I CAN FEEL MY SOUL LEAVING MY BODY THROUGH MY PINKY TOE. FIVE STARS.“

“Made a reservation. Was greeted as soon as we walked in the door. It was a chilly day and the hostess chose a table close to the heater without us having to ask. Very thoughtful. Server was attentive and friendly. Food is always very good. Ambiance at this location is nice, next to the trinity river and near shopping.“

“my husband found this place looking for a last minute place to eat in our anniversary since Texas de Brasil failed us with our reservation. I am so glad they failed and we found this place, best quality food , best taste, best deserts, best environment. we had a beautiful night, not completely crowded, not over charged for a piece of steak that cant be cooked right. this is our place to eat now and we cant wait to come back. also excellent servrice and did i say already best steak I've ever had?delicious.“

“We went to the Little Red Wasp for dinner. There were five of us. We sat at a 4-person booth w a chair in the aisle. I ordered the Brisket Reuben. It was very tasty. We didn’t opt for dessert. The others in our group enjoyed their meals. Would definitely recommend eating there.“

“I look forward to this being a regular new spot for us! Beautiful place, food and drinks were fantastic, and service felt so personalized. We went on a weekday evening so it was less busy and the perk of that was that the chef came out and greeted us and checked how we were enjoying the food. Excited to go back and try more options on the menu!“

“Except when temperatures are high. Went by this morning, about 10:45. Walked in to people waiting everywhere and told 10 - 15 minutes wait. Ok ..but looked around and counted 8 (EIGHT) empty, clean tables. Thought, ok, waiting for buffet to catch up, but no, only 1 person was in line there. They seated some, so we went to sit on bench area, and began to really sweat. When asked if AC wasn't working was told, "It's just the building, cause it's so hot outside". okay, we left. won't pay those prices, to be hot, no matter how good the food is. We'll go back maybe in the fall, winter, when "the building" is more bearable.“

“Just left and will never go back. Ordered a burger and didn’t realize until I had eaten several bites that a large portion in the middle was totally raw. Not just undercooked a little - totally raw. I chose to not send it back as I had consumed some of it but saved it to show the waitress. When she told the manager, the manager blamed her ( the waitress). I then spoke to the manager and she would not listen and kept insisting it was the waitress who was responsible. She talked right over me, and was downright nasty.She admitted she didn’t bother to look at the burger. No customer service skills whatsoever. I was not asking for anything just explaining it was not the waitress’ fault that the kitchen didn’t cook the burger. The waitress was very concerned and apologized. She did an excellent job of customer service.“

“I love flower child to the point in which I genuinely want them to cater my funeral, but like why do I have to pay $2 extra for more chips whenever I get queso? The serving size of chips for the queso is equivalent to a small handful (or 1/4 of a small brown bag) while the queso is enough for 2-4 people so you’re forced to pay more money for what you should’ve gotten in the first place. I kid you not, when I combined two of my small bags of chips together (after paying $2 extra for an extra bag) it only made a little less than half a bag of chips. Did Jesus personally make these chips and then hand delivered them to you guys on a chariot? No. Then why am I not getting enough chips for my queso? :(“

“We were lucky enough to get a table for 3 at 6:30 on a Saturday night. I believe our servers name was Rudy (sorry if that's not right). Anyways he was great explaining the menu, his favorites, and popular dishes. We went with the gargonzola fries and the apricot brie with pita. Loved the fries but wish the cheese was spread out more over the fries. Only half the fries were topped which led to half just being normal waffle fries. Great taste and idea but execution could be a little better. I did not care for the brie but I'm not a fan of that. The rest of the table loved it so I would have to day it was good. Lol. I had the poblano burger for my entree. They cook it well done so I was worried but it was juicy and tasted very good. It was actually better than I expected! It also was served with fries. Washed it all down with the German pilsner which was really good and refreshing as well. Service was top notch and the pace of the meal was perfect. I highly recommend this place and I look forward to going back to try other dishes.“

“Great place for breakfast and the staff is wonderful. The food truck had not come in today so they were missing a lot of ingredients, but they were accommodating with what they had to work with and shared up front those missing items. What perplexes us, just not here, but the restaurants that charge for a little round thing of peanut butter. We were charged $.75 for the peanut butter but the jelly was free. They are both spreads and should be included in the price of a meal. Some places charge as high as $2 for the little plastic thing of peanut butter. Otherwise, good as usual. The other downside is lack of parking. The sign said complimentary parking for Paris customers and I entered the information in that was asked for.. ended up not being complimentary, but $7.50 making breakfast for 2 almost $60.“

“Checked this place out last night for our eating through the alphabet dinner series and it was fantastic! So glad we found this hidden mom n pop shop! I’ll be visiting more often! Many people in our group drove over an hour to be there and it was well worth our trips! Our server Misty was a gem of a human, the food was fantastic, portions were great, pricing was fair. Not even sure how we even had room for dessert, but that banana pudding was to die for. Definitely recommend y’all stopping by. Those 4.9 star Google ratings don’t lie. Let’s get em to 5 stars!“

“We reserved a party room for a Bridesmaid's luncheon last Friday. Reata does an A+ job. Working with McKynlea was a delight. We chose a limited menu, including several delicious gluten free choices. She sent me a sample menu ahead of time for my approval. Carae was our waitress and did an exceptional job. We also had a table in the main dining room for half a dozen of the husbands who insisted on coming to have the special tamales, and bison burgers! They too loved the food and had excellent service. I cannot recommend Reata more highly. We live several hours from Ft Worth, and are looking for more opportunities to come again! Thank you Reata staff for adding to our wedding celebration. We are grateful.“

“We visited Chapps for the first time in over 15 years with our kids the night before Thanksgiving. We used to come here as teens and truly forgot how amazing their burgers and fries were. “I went this Friday Feb 7th after work and it was much cleaner than I remember it to be. I guess new staff or new management. I have always liked the food here. It is really nice to see the cooks making the food in front of your face. Everyone I came in contact with that worked there was very nice. And the check out time was fast! I think I will be going back agin soon.“

“I went with the 6oz fillet with a fried egg and chimichurri sauce. It was delicious. For sides we got the creamed spinach, fries and Brussels spots - absolutely delicious. We tried a few of their desserts but the olive oil cake was by far our favorite. This place is great for groups. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating.“

“Good enough for a bite and will return. Prices are affordable especially at the bar. Getting cocktails here and not breaking the bank is reason enough to come here and often. Was late so staff was winding down but they were not on their A game and we were left on an island for awhile. Must have been busy as well as the floor was noticeably covered in debris and tables were sticky. Food was okay. Nothing amazing but none of it was bad. Just a little bland. Regardless, for the price it was solid. You can always add salt.“
