“To the staff at Las Palapas. My father and I went to breakfast there and my father's 92 years old. The waitresses patiently listen to him cuz he was very descriptive on what he wanted and the food was really good and he really liked it.

More importantly my father forgot his green satchel there. The satchel contains his glasses his phone and 1,100 in cash in a bank envelope.
Not only did they take the satchel and put it in the office but they didn't even look inside of it. they respected my father's privacy. When I picked it up I made sure everything was there and no cash was taken.

“My wife and I stopped here on a roadtrip for a coffee and breakfast stop along the way. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, you can clearly see the pride that they take in their business and providing an excellent experience for their customers.

The coffee was great, lots of unique Korean style coffees that you could not find elsewhere. We also got the egg avocado toast, it was also really good.“

“It's a nice place, but if I drop into a neighborhood (or any) coffee shop on a Sat a.m. I expect a Sat a.m. "coffee atmosphere" - quiet, laid-back. Suddenly in comes a bunch of pre-teens, cackling and shouting. Too many parents make the mistake of assuming that we all want to see and hear their kids: teach them to recognize and respect quiet. Otherwise, as I said, a nice and convenient spot with a good selection for coffee and low-dB conversation.“

Don’t sleep on this place! I saw reviews saying the staff was rude, but that was not our experience. They are very hospitable, and warmed up as we started asking questions and joked around with us. My only word of advice is that they don’t bring the bill to you, so when you’re ready you go to the register to check out. Also, don’t forget to try the Korean beer!“
