“Went through the drive thru 5/30 and Blair was working. She was awesome. She is the epitome of how service should be. The food is great but again Blair made the food taste better just by her service!!! Definitely 5-stars and she deserves the kudos. It’s is hard to find someone who is enthusiastic at work nowadays. MM you need to find a way to keep her happy.“

“I've only had the breakfast tacos but boy they were amazing. We accidentally went 5 minutes before breakfast was over but the staff was more than happy to get us some tacos. We went back a couple of days later, on time, and ordered more tacos. They were large and stuffed.“

“imagine our surprise when we went for an early dinner and had to pay $1.99 for a bowl of chips! the waiter brought 2 bowls to our table when we arrived. if we'd known you had to pay for them we probably wouldn't have gotten any. I'm sure the Barrios can afford corn tortillas for making chips without charging $1.99 for a small bowl of them. highly disappointed. corn tortillas are cheap“

Simply delicious, OMG How we enjoy them, but need to mention all the salsas they have, they are tasty.

“I was surprised by the $125 price tag for the buffet. My one slice of prime rib, a serving of mashed potatoes, a couple shrimp a taster (pinkysize) of duck which btw was wonderful , and a truly sublime shot was all very tasty. But I'm not sure it was worth $125. My husband had even less. It was NYE buffet, and I didnt ask price in advance so thats on me. Good food, great service, but its a one time visit for us.“

“The grilled shrimp basket. Shrimp were jumbo and grilled to perfection. The veggies and salad were fresh and crisp. The shell was of pastry quality. My family enjoyed the meals. Grandson just graduated from medic school at Fort Bluss and had been recommended to the Charo Mexican Grill. My daughter and husband enjoyed their lunch as well.“

“Had a wonderful breakfast here. Whoever is making their tortillas now is on point!! They were soft and fluffy like welita/ grandma use to make. The refried beans were delicious. Everything else was good too but I really enjoyed the great tortillas.
Kid-friendliness: They have highchairs and tables are spaced nicely to give your family enough room and space.“

“I gave four stars only because the food didn't really taste fresh. I'm not saying it was bad but it seemed like it was warmed back up. Like I said it wasn't bad, but the tortillas were the worst. I opened the tortillas and they were hot fresh and super soft but after like 2 mins they got hard and kinda crunchy 🤷. The staff was nice.“

“I often dine here. Of the three locations Helotes is the best!
These are on repeat for me, just a different rotation; personal beef fajitas, Pollo asado mini tacos, or the Carne asada mini tacos. The puff tacos usually one beef and one chicken. The breakfast plates are equally tasty. Chilaquiles are my favorite. (Puro Raza haha 😄)
The El jefe margarita, or a Ranch water.
On a date night or Family outing, you can't go wrong here.

“This is a staple for me. I adore their chilaquiles tacos. Also, their puffy, ground beef tacos rock. If I’m not able to go there at least once a week, my stomach gets very sad. The staff is always friendly, and the food comes out fast every time. My only complaint is everyone else likes it too so if I don’t go early, it can be hard to find a parking spot.“

“I always have a great experience at this Chili’s, and a huge part of that is thanks to Hailey and Jordan. They are hands down two of the best servers I’ve ever had — friendly, attentive, and genuinely great at what they do. Whether I’m dining in or picking up, they always make sure everything is perfect and go out of their way to provide excellent service. It’s rare to find people who consistently care this much, and it makes all the difference.“
