“At this McDonald's at 1080 Sunland Park, they have the worst service, I always place orders online so as not to take too long and they take a long time for everything, but it is the one that is close to me and I have to go from time to time.“

Santiago welcomed us with a smile and provided insight into the history of the cafe, detailing the origins of their coffee and the significance of its name. “Always visit El Paso and stop at this Coffee Box when I’m on this part of town. Today a younger boy with nose piercings and a very kind older lady made my coffee, an iced cajeta latte. They made it perfectly, even asked if I wanted to try it to make sure it was to my taste. I didn’t, because I already knew they made it with care… and of course it was great! I appreciated the kind greeting as soon as I walked through the door and their attentiveness. I work in coffee back home, and know that sometimes the service isn’t easy. But when it’s people who care, it makes the coffee experience far more enjoyable. Oh, and the latte was made so good that it’s gone already, so no picture of it. Lol. Thank you both. :)“

“If you’re looking for a refreshing and indulgent treat, Ollys Italian Ice is the place to be! I recently had their soft serve ice cream and it was absolutely delicious. The flavor was rich and creamy, just the right amount of sweetness, and so satisfying on a cool day. The staff member who attended us was also incredibly friendly and made the experience even better. “The employees that work here are always awesome and get your order right and the coffee is delicious.
I went one time after a very stressful day, and they were about 3 minutes from closing. I asked if I could still place an order and the young man said it was no problem and made me my drinks. It was very touching, albeit a very simple gesture, that I appreciated so much.“

“My husband and I stop by in the mornings sometimes and we never have to wait more than 5 minutes for our food or drinks. Love the big open space they have to come work on projects or just relax in a calm 3rd space. We brought our kids to the pumpkin carving event and they loved it. The manager was so attentive and kind with everyone. We really appreciated seeing the community engagement because it's not very common in this area. Thank you for a great evening and for great starts to our busy days. The kids have a new favorite drink now thanks to the free samples ?“

“Coffee is always great. Prices are high but we have known that forever lol there is no sense in complaint about that. Services is a hit or miss depending if the barristas are in a good mood. My favorite store where I have never had bad services is Lee Trevino. Whether I was there at 4:30 am or 10 pm! Great service. The food is ok, just ok and that’s ok. If you need a quick and pricy snack then splurge.

“I had a chaotic day at work and went to another Starbucks to order my usual order. I got my order drove off and half way to my destination I tasted it. It was awful tasted like gasoline. I decided to stop by this location as its my usual Starbucks and was close to my final destination to ask if it was possible for them to remake it (which was not their mistake or responsibility) when I asked I told them it was ok if they had to charge me but the woman on the speaker was quickly interrupted by who I assume to be the manager and he said he would absolutely remake it. When I got the coffee it was DELICIOUS like it usually is. Both of them showed amazing customer service for remaking my drink and I appreciated it so much after my crazy day at the hospital. Thank you :)“

“i saw the absolute most sweetest interaction during a launch! this young lady name maryann, helped a lady with her cups. the ladies cards were not going through cause her bank froze her card cause she was traveling so maryann decided to take help and help pay for the remaining amount for this sweet lady! that is some kindness i have not seen in sooo long. she did it with no hesitation and honestly it's such a change to see such kindness at this location. i will be calling the store tomorrow to tell the managers about what she did because that was honestly such a sweet thing she did.“
