“customer service is appalling and even more horrific that the person I dealt with the general manager . my experience started at the drive thru and she couldn't hear me . I tried 3 times to give her my order but no success. I decided instead to drive up and order at the window so the employee wouldn't go thru the trouble of figuring out my order . I was greated by an African American lady perhaps in her fifties or sixties and was extremely aggressive and condescending. she was upset I drove up to the window like if I just broken a rule . she began a shouting and making sure to tell me I was in the wrong place to order . I wasn't. she even told me she couldn't take my order at the window suggesting to go back to the intercom, unbelievable!! I order at this location before during my lunch breaks . I work for United states Postal Service and never I have been so embarrassed on a lunch break . I redirected her to take my order multiple times but she instead insisted to reprehend me. she was out there to humiliate me . she refuse to give me her customer service number and also brave enough to say her owner didn't have time for me . just to leave my number and maybe he would call me. I would never recommend to do business at this location or any location that an owner allows his management degrade a federal employee..“

“family friendly environment.. empolyees are the best. best manager ever. great food fast service. Far and few amazing people still exist in this world. But let me tell you. This amazing man did not have to even say happy birthday to my little man. He went above and beyond we ever expected.Georgie got to input his own oder... and the manager paid for mijos dinner and even dessert..even announced happy birthday me king over the p.a.. when we were done eating he brings a box out.i though he was gonne restock beverage counter.. but no he said" i have something for you" and pulls out a freddy shirt.and to many it may not mean anything but to me it does. What happened next almost made me cry Georgie says mom When i grow up im gonna do the same thing for a small kids like he did with me.. he made my day and made me happy. I wanna work here and do the same one day. And i know he may not work at freddys but those small gestures like this amazing man did something for my son today that will go with him for a life time. Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers thank yall for having amazing employees.we didnt get his name. But thank you sir for making my kings day a very special one..“

“I always have a great experience at this location. I’ll come during my lunch break and the service is not only friendly but very quick as well. The manager even introduced himself to me one time and we had a great conversation about what I do at my work. This has been one of the most welcoming chickfilas and the staff has been fantastic when dining inside“

“Long day of walking at the Shops at the Riverwalk. After a Fever event, we lost our vehicle in a parking lot. After almost an hour of searching we realized we were at the wrong parking lot!! On the way home, construction traffic
We turned into the Zarzamora Mama Margie's location. We were rescued with a good meal and drinks. The chips and dip quieted the hangry right away. Tasty beef fajita had us all happy again.“
“Decent mcds… the nuggets always taste like they’re heated in a dirty oven or something. Everytime. May need a deep clean asap … other than that the service is fast. Inside play place definitely needs to be cleaned. Sticky floor , tables, and kid area.“

“The manager, Elijah, was extremely helpful when I informed the restaurant about an incorrect drive thru order I opened up when I arrived at home. He was extremely GREAT in assuring that it was made right eventually because I was unable to return to the restaurant the same evening as he first suggested when first attempting to resolve my issue, which I called about.
I greatly appreciate how accommodating the restaurant and the manager were in this matter. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and I definitely will keep dining at the location for take out more than I have bc of HIS PERSONAL customer service skills that I experienced first hand.
He needed to be given recognition for the small bump on his shift, if not mentioned.“

“I never stopped at this Taco Bell but lately I’ve stopped by twice on the way home from work craving it and both times the ladies at night time were VERY professional and helped me in a timely manner. “ok so just had their texas double ..... lets just say the king is back !!! the fries were fresh and perfect !!!! the whopper tasted amazing !!!! dammm enjoyed it more than whataburgers, mcds, sonic, in and out( by far that burger was weak).... definitely going to be going to bk more often!!!

“My online order was ready to go by the time I got there. The facilities were clean and the worker was attentative to business. The garlic parmesan boneless wings were big and meaty. They have a gluten free crust, its about $21 for a small pizza with the toppings. I wouldn't mind going there again“

“Food was hot and fresh. Packaging was nicely presentable, order was 100% correct. Wish that I had some napkins! Because fried Chicken is messy! I also ordered fried pickles and they were fresh and crispy- made to order. Associates were very professional and friendly. I would definitely visit this location again as well as recommend it to others.“

“I have been coming here for years and they have always served excellent food and given out great service.They have great specials with great flavors during the weekdays and the weekends they still have specials for tacos,tortas and burritos.Service is amazing I’m always greeted with a warm smile and fantastic conversations.If you’re looking for a good bite to eat this is the restaurant.“

“Came in with my construction crew and wasn't going to eat, the manager brought me som free tacos because he saw me not eating, one of the nicest gestures I've ever experienced. They also had a wheel to spin if you donate 2$ to a childrens charity. Definitely one of the most wholesome places I've ever eaten, thankyou to everyone working here.
